Aſter a long lunch (and a few extra cocktails), we wandered by and saw the for sale sign on the old wine bar. We called the number, took a look around and fell in love with the historic building and beauful downtown locaon. Aſter lots of evenings spent sing on the bench out front talking to those who stopped by, we took the advice of many and went with 80’s music, a cool rusc-modern décor, a warm and inving vibe, great food and drinks including specially selected wine opons, unique craſted cocktails, specialty liquors and local craſt beers. And Bourbon! Lots of Bourbon! We also wanted to provide an alternave to typical bar food by using fresh, all natural, organic ingredients, nitrate free bacon, grass fed Angus beef, wild-caught tuna, 100% pure Italian olive oil, real buer, gluten free pasta and made from scratch every- thing. Knowing personally the challenge of eang out when having a special diet or food allergies, we also wanted to offer our guests the opon of delicious gluten free, vegetarian and vegan opons. Our tapas selecons allow for sampling while our entrée porons also provide a hearer meal. And our fantasc desserts are the perfect way to end your evening!
