Vishwanath Mayekar - Managing DirectorMaster Mariner with over 20 years experience in the maritime industry on crude oil and producttankers of which 15 years were spent at sea.He has served with major foreign tanker owners and operators, thus gaining experience on Product Tankers & VLCCs. He hasobtained experience ashore in ISM, ISPS, Navigation Audits and preparation of vessel for SIRE and CDI inspections. He is alsoan experienced on board trainer for ship's staff.

Capt. Mandar Sherlekar - DirectorMaster Mariner with over 15 years experience in the maritime industry on oil & gas tankers of which 11 years were spent atsea. He has served with major Indian tanker Operator, thus gaining experience on Product & Gas tankers. His specialisationon Gas carrier experience is enviable, having carried almost all LPG cargoes with core expertise in LPG grade changeoperations. He has also obtained experience ashore in incident/accident investigation, damage assessment, shipinspections, loss prevention and conducted several jobs for flag states arid ship owners alike. Mandar has also assisted aship owner in comprehensive handling a grounding incident off the West Coast of India.

Capt. Swapneel Khule - DirectorMaster Mariner with over 22 years experience In the maritime industry of which 14 years were spent at sea. During his Seatenure, he served on crude oil and product tankers, having held command on the former for over four years.While ashore, Swapneel was engaged as a marine superintendent with Thome Ship Management and DPA/CSO in HanseaticShip Management. During this period he was heavily involved in handling shipping casualties such as cargo contamination,grounding, collisions, allisions and charter party related disputes on behalf of the ship owners.Previously he has been engaged on shore based assignments for Exxon Mobil as vessel screening coordinator, based out oftheir Singapore and UK offices. Swapneel is well networked within the Indian maritime community.

Fernandes (Tony) - Marine surveyor, Average adjuster consultant, Salvage expert, Risk ManagementconsultantMr. Tony is an ex-seafarer having an experience of about 50 years in the industry obtained on board as WEN as ashore,Tony is a well-known figure in the Indian maritime fraternity. He has extensive experience in marine insurance surveys,failure analysis. condition surveys, marine casualty management. lass adjusting, average adjusting, salvage, towage, generalaverage. H&M and P&I insurance surveys. Capt. Makarand Sardesai - Master MarinerA master mariner, with over 20 years of sailing experience in reputed companies. Post his adventure at sea with his expertise joined PnO ports (NSICT) in the capacity of GM. Post which he served as VP All India Operations at Zim integrated Shipping Services. Further he was VP All India Operations with K line India, Director at OPAL Asia, COO of DP WORLD, Container Rail & Road Services and CEO of ARR Maritime, overseeing Container Warehousing Corporation (CWC) facilities of CWC Impex and CWC District park at Nhava Sheva, Mumbai.He has been associated with Vessels, Terminals, Shipping Lines, Rail and Road Services and CFS’s. His vast experience in the Maritime Industry, makes him an asset advisor for the Maritime Sector.

Capt Rishi Bhatia – Head Chemical Tanker – Tank Cleaning Supervisor & ExpeditorA master mariner, with over 17 years of sailing experience in reputed companies. Sailed on mainly MR chemical tankers andproduct tankers. Having extensive experience in chemical tanker operations and chemical tankers expediting. Have hadhands on experience with all tank preparations specially changing grades from CPP cargoes to Wall wash cargoes such asMethanol. Carrying various grades of chemical cargoes and veg oil grades. Have had experience of carrying toxic cargoessuch as Acrylonitrile and Benzene. Vessels he sailed on had various coatings such as epoxy, phenolic epoxy, Zinc, Marine Lineand recently on a vessel having the latest Interline 9001 coatings.

Capt. Bhushan Abhyankar - Master Mariner – Tank Cleaning Supervisor & ExpeditorA master mariner, with over 17 years of sailing experience in reputed companies. Experience in senior ranks at sea on board oil-chemical tankers. Carried chemical cargoes like Ethyl Alcohol, Styrene Monomer, Benzene, MTBE, Acid, MEG, Paraxylene, Pygas, UAN, various grades of Palm oil, Veg Oil, Fuel oil, Methanol, Ethanol, Crude oil, Biodiesel and Petroleum products –Gas oil, Naptha, Gasoline, jet fuel, motor spirit, on various Oil & Chemical tankers type I, II and III vessels. Have expertise in carrying out tank cleaning operation required for various chemicals and preparing tanks for wall wash standards and all tests required for them. Experience on various pumps such as Framo, Marflex and Eureka pumps. Vessels he sailed on had various coatings such as epoxy, phenolic epoxy, Zinc and Marine Line.

Prior to which he was with EURASIA INTERNATIONALas Superintendent and was in-charge of Tankers, LPG, Container & Dry Bulk ships. Final Position: Fleet ManagerHe was also Technical Superintendent with UNIVAN SHIPMGT: Sept 1991 to July 1993.LAIRD MARITIME INTERNATIONAL: Oct 1990 – Oct 1991: Commercial Mgr. Marine Management Service (MMS) Bombay asrepair superintendent.

Spyridon G. Nikitakis - Rear Admiral (rtd.) H. C. G.Mr. Nikitakis has had vast experience of over 25 years as a part of the esteemed Hellenic Coast Guard / Hellenic Ministry ofShipping, Maritime Affairs & The Aegean. Finally retiring as a Rear Admiral with Hellenic Coast Guard in 2014.While in the Hellenic Maritime Administration, he has served in critical posts both in Greece and in the UK. During his entirecareer his experience varied from being in the Hellenic Port Authority to Maritime Labour Directorate in Piraeus, Greece.Further he headed the International Cooperation Section of the Marine Environment Protection Directorate in Piraeus,Greece, participating with Greek Delegation to the MEPC/IMO Sessions in London.Later, during his appointment in the UK, initially he was posted as Maritime Attaché to the Ambassador of Greece in UK andshortly after as Head of Maritime Affairs Section in the Embassy of Greece in London. He was also appointed as AltPermanent Rep of Greece to the IMO with a role of leading the Greek Delegation to all IMO Committees.
