DayOutofTime,2007.Whatareyougoingtodotocelebrateandmaketheworldabetterplace?WhatdoestheDayOutofTimemeantoyou?LetusreviewagainthewhyandthewhereforeoftheDayOutofTime.

Theglobalclimatechangeisuponus.Weareallchangingandbeingchanged.Wefollowthe13 Moon/28-day calendar because we believe this is the first step to make if we are to have a fundamentalchangeinourwayoflifethatwillputusbackinstepwithnature.Longago,theLeagueofNationsselectedthe�3-month28-daycalendarasthebestmeanstomakeachange.Thatwasbackinthe�930s,andithadthesupportoftheInternationalChamberofCommerceandentrepreneurslikeEastmanKodak.Butconservativeforcesprevailed;thecalendardidn’tchange,nordidtheworld.ThebigstumblingblockwastheVatican’soppositionto“Nullday”the365thdayoftheyear,nodayofthemonthoryearatall.Therealrootoftheoppositionisthis:Byacceptingthepossibilityofanullday,aDayOutofTime,wepassbeyondthelevelofworldconsciousnessandtranscendbeyondourlimitsofthought.Nowthatisarealchange!ThisistheinherentpowerthatcomesfromrecognizingtheDayOutofTime,the365thdayofthe�3-Mooncalendaryear.

Since�993,the�3-Moon/28-daycalendarhasmadeitscomeback—fromAustraliatoAustria,fromIsraeltoBrazil,fromChiletoCroatiaandindozensofcountriesinbetween,thenewcalendarisspreading.Andifthereisonedayofthe�3Moonyearthatdrawspeopletogether,itistheDayOutofTime,annuallycelebratedonGregorianJuly25.

Butthereismoretoitthanmeetstheeye.Thereturnofthe�3-Moon/28-dayharmonicstandardisafunctionofthe20�2prophecyandanewknowledgebase,theLawofTimeandtherevelationofthesynchronicorderoffourth-dimensionaltime.TheDayOutofTimeisthedaywhenweareabletopurifyourselvesandexperiencetherealityoffourth-dimensionaltime—andmore—the“g-force,”thefifth-dimensional organizing power that synchronizes us with the radial matrix of the higher reality. In the Dreamspell, the Day Out of Time is also known as green day, green being the color of the fifth force.Andofcourse,greendayisalsoreferredtoasgalacticfreedomday.

Ashasbeenevidentfromtheon-goingrevelationsofthispastRedMagneticMoonyear,thewholesystemofknowledgeoftheLawofTimeisrootedinthepowerofthe52(weeksperyear,yearspersolar-galacticcycle).Thevalueofthe52derivesfromtheSiriusBetafrequencyinitsrotationaroundSirius Alpha. Indeed, the entirety of the Dreamspell/Law of Time is a benefit of the Higher Councils ofSirius.Knowingthishasallowedustoelevateourperceptionsandunderstanding.Byfollowingthecodesofthe�3-Moon/28-daysynchronometerwecanparticipateinthefrequenciesandmindstreamsoftheCouncilofSirius.

This is also the first day of the White Northern Castle of Crossing, the beginning of the eighth castle since last 13-Moon New Years day, Kin 209, first day of the Green Central Castle of Enchantment.

Thismeansthatthisyear’sDayOutofTimemarksthecommencementofafour-yearcycle,2007-20��.NotonlyaretheselastfouryearsoftheMysteryoftheStonesouljourneythroughMiddleTime,buttheyalsocommemoratetheSirianRebirthandReturnofQuetzalcoatl.Letusexaminewhatthismeans.

Firstofall,notethatithasbeen20yearssincetheexplosionofthesupernova�987A(Quetzalcoatl).This supernova was the means by which the higher-dimensional councils of universal unification “announced” the completion of the prophecy of Thirteen Heavens and Nine Hells, commemorated on August 16 and 17, 1987, by the Harmonic Convergence. This event officially began what is referred toastheQuetzalcoatlProject,avastorganizedundertakingofthegalacticmasters’systemofmindtransmission,theGM�08X.(See20 Tablets of the Law of Time).TheQuetzalcoatlProjectinitiallyproduced:thediscoveryoftheLawofTime,inclusiveofthe�2:60and�3:20timingfrequencies;thesynchronicfourth-dimensionalnewtimedispensationoftheDreamspell;thegalacticinterplanetary,fourth-dimensionalmappingoftimeandconsciousness,theTelektononprophecy;andtheRinriProject.

Supernova Streams and Galactic Information Beams

“The ejection of radiative thermic-luminic properties at supernova excitation is a correlate function of a higher meditation program of the Galactic Federation. This meditational program is coordinated by the pilot angel program of the intelligence originally evolved by the stellar mass on its trajectory becoming a supernova.” —Dynamics of Time,�8.�

SynchronizedwiththeinformationstreamsofSupernova�987A,theGM�08Xmindtransmissionstreamis a direct discharge from the Omnigalactic Source through the Hunab Ku (Galactic Center). The Hunab Ku is, of course, the source of the galactic synchronization beam through which Earth has been passingsinceBC3��3.ThepurposeofthebeamistoplaceEarthinsynchronizationwiththeuniversalplan for cosmic unification. The peak point of the synchronization occurs in 2012, Dreamspell Kin 207. FollowingtheRhythmic“Moonoutoftime,”thereisasevenmoonentrainmentinthebeamthatcompletesitselfonKin�64,YellowGalacticSeed,20�3—justsixyearsaway.

Oncethesynchronizationbeam—atelepathicallysaturatedhigh-energyplasmafrequencybeam—hadbeen synchronized to the psi field of Earth and to Earth’s resonant frequency, many things began tohappen:Thequickeningofthetimeofprophecy.Inordertomaintainastreamofconsciousnessfocusedonthehigher�3:20frequencyofuniversaltime,theGM�08XmindtransmissionstreamwasreactivatedandhencebeganthereleaseofthesynchroniccodesoftheLawofTime.

ThisGM�08XtransmissionisthecentralfocusingbeamoftheQuetzalcoatlProject.ThisProjectoriginatesfromthestarcommandbaseintheinter-dimensionalsystemofSirius,thefirst direct point of transmission from the Hunab Ku. In the Mayan Inter-dimensional Star Map therearethreechannels.TheleftchannelistheAntaresorAlphachannel,thesumnumbersofitsthreepointsis�8(AlphaSun2,Antares6,AlphaGalaxy�0)andreferstothe�8-dimensionaluniversesystem.Ontherightside,istheArcturusorOmegachannel,and the sum of its three points is 21, the defining factor of the44�Cube,representingthecreativeactivatingpowerof7(x3).Thecentralchannelhas7points,anditssumnumberis52,theSiriusbetafrequency.TheSiriussystem(9),islinkedbyaninter-dimensionalcircuittotheAAMidwayStation(5),whereinformationfromthethreechannelsisgatheredandthentransmittedtotheVelatropa24(KinichAhau)(4)stellarunit.FromtherethechannelopensdirectlytotheCrystalEarthnode,V.24.3(�).

BetweentheSiriussystemandtheAA-MidwayisthePleiades(8).Itisinthefocalizingcenterofthecentralchannel.ThisisbecausethePleiadesprovidestheunifyingpointforthesolar26,000-yearrotation=�Platonicorsolaryear.

FromthepointofviewofV24,thePleiadesistheharmonicaxisprovidingachannelofinter-dimensionalaccess.Buttheinter-dimensional information stream passes first through the Siriussystem.ThisisbecauseSiriusistheninth-dimensional

locus for the coordination of the affairs of Hunab Ku and for connecting with information coordinates ofothergalacticsystems.Inthissense,thePleaidesisnotacoordinatingcenter,butacentralizingpointofinter-dimensionaltransmission.TheAA-Midwayisthemonitoring,correlatingandrecord-keepingbaseoftheFifthForce.

Ashasbecomeclearthispastyear,thepresentsuperconsciousactivationisthedirectconsequenceofengagementwiththe“SiriusCouncilofNine.”ThesearethearchetypalformsignatureswhenceemanatetheBolonTiku,or“NineLordsofTimeandDestiny.”

AstheSiriusCouncilisthehighestcoordinatingleveloforderwithinthisgalaxy,itistheoriginatingpointofallofthespiritualinformationstreamsthathavepenetrated(andcontinuetopenetrate)thedensementalenvironmentofV24.3.Thegalacticmasters,includingallthegreatprophets,arefrequencynodeswithintheSiriussystem.Quetzalcoatlisoneofthese.Eachofthegalacticmastershasaspecialfunctionandpurpose.ThatofQuetzalcoatlussubsumedundertheprincipleof“Return.”

As a footnote to the foregoing reflections, note that on May 7, 2007 (Kin 234), NASA reported that latein2006itsChandraX-RayObservatorydetectedthe“BrightestSupernovaEver.”Thestoryreadsinpart,“Thiswasatrulymonstrousexplosion,ahundredtimesmoreenergeticthanatypicalsupernova…”KnownasSN2006gy,thestarthatexplodedwasabout�50timeslargerthanthatofoursun—aslargeasastarcanget.ThefactthatthissupernovaislocatedinthegalaxyNGC 1260(!),some240(= 20 x 12 =20�2)millionlightyearsaway,tellsusthatthiswasindeedthesignofthe20�2closingofthecycleandoftheendofthe�2:60orderofrealityonplanetEarth.ItwasshortlyafterthissupernovahadbeenobservedthattheSiriusBetatransmissionsbegan—anewstreamofgalacticinformationinanticipationofthe20th anniversary of the Harmonic Convergence, the occasion of supernova�987A.

Quetzalcoatl: A Meditation on the Frequency of Return

Returnisavibrationalfrequency.WhatdoesitmeantoexperienceafrequencyofReturn?

Here we are dealing with two numbers indicating Return: The first number is 24, the second is 53. In the I Ching, Codon 24 with one yang line on the bottom and five yin lines above it, refers to Return (= RadiantReturn,20 Tablets).ThisisbecausetheYanglineatthebottommovesupwardandrepresentstheseventhstageofincreasingdarkness,areturnofthelight.Thingscanonlygoinsixstages.Ifdarknessincreasesthroughsixstages,thenwiththeseventhstage,theyinturnsintoyang,thedarkbecomesthelight.ThatiswhyitissaidinthecommentarytoCodon24,“OntheseventhdaythereisReturn.”Byanalogy,heretheseventhdayisthecompletionoftheprocessofthesevendaysofcreation.ItisonlywhentheseventhdaycomesthatthereisreallyaReturn,representedbyanewdawn or a winter solstice, when the days grow longer once again. (Note: On the their first album, “Piper at the Gates of Dawn,” Pink Floyd’s legendary Syd Barrett put this reflection to verse in the songentitled,“Chapter24”.(See:Cosmic History Chronicles, Volume III, Book of the Mystery,forin-depthanalysis).

Thesixdaysofcreationarecrownedbytheseventh,thisisthedaythatGod“takestotheThrone”andassumesallAuthority.Inthecosmologyofthe Cosmic History Chronicles, wearestillinthevery



final stages of the sixth day of creation and the seventh has not yet dawned—but soon it will. This is themeaningoftheclosingofthecycleandthelaunchingofTimeshipEarth20�3,thedawningoftheseventhdayofcreation.GodassumingtheThronemeansthatonlyontheseventhdayiseverythingsetinorder.Thisiscoincidentwiththedivineharmonythatburstsforthwhenkarmicerrorandits“evil” have finally exhausted themselves and are thwarted by a superior science and magic based on a newknowledge,thelawsandcodesofthesynchronicorderoftheLawofTime.

“Chapter 24”—On the Seventh Day Comes Return

Thenumber24oftheCodonforReturn—onebinaryletter,radiancepenetratingtwospaceletters—isalsothefrequencyofVelatropa24.ItisinVelatropa24starsystemwherethereturnofthelightanddawningoftheseventhdayofcreationaremeanttobeexperienced,foritisherethatthefreewillexperimentandthelastjudgmentpropheciesplayout.Sinceitisthefreewillzone,humanscannotexpect that the return will occur without their choosing for it to return. How is this return to occur? Whatisthechoicethatmustbemade?Whatelsebuttochoosetoreturntonaturaltime?Oncethechoiceismade,Returnbecomesadimensionalshift.

ThisiswhyReturnmayalsobeunderstoodastheself-existingformofthecube,4x6—sixsidesfoursquare. Hence, this number—24—is also the frequency of the super conscious plane of mind, the super conscious power of four experienced on the first day of the Telektonon Heaven Walk, day 24. Within this frequency of return, 24, six sides of the cube foursquare, we also find the measure of threeoctaves:beginning,middleandend.Withintheseoctavesisthelostchordastheintervaloflost time, finally resolved as the form-giving power of four. When this form-giving power of 4 is added tothefrequencyofReturn,24,thesumis28—theintervalofcreationproducedbythelosttime(7)multipliedbythesameform-givingpowerof4.Asthefrequencyofthecosmicharmonicstandard,themeasureofthe�3-moon-28daysynchronometer.Thenumber28—24+4=7x4—returnsustothefrequencyofSiriusBeta.

TheSiriusBetaharmonicformulationofthefrequencyofreturnis:�3x28=52x7,while24(6x4)(Return)+28(7x4)=52.TheSiriusBetafrequencyof52isaninth-dimensionalsignal,theSiriananaloguetothesuperconsciouspowerof24.Alsobeingapowerof4,52representsatypeofstasis,thatofcosmictime,�3x4.But52+�=53orReturnattheQuetzalcoatllevelofhigherconsciousness.

Sothenwehavetheformulation52:53::28:29.TheSiriusBetaharmonic,52+�=53,theSiriusrebirthconstant,justasthecosmicharmonicstandard,28+�=29thecosmicconstant.

Asthecosmicconstant,29isthe��thprimeinthesequenceofprimenumbers,while53Sirianrebirth,isthe�7thprime.Allnumbershavemeaningandtalk.�7isthefrequencyofnavigation;��istheformlessmysticform-creatingcenter.�7(53)+��(29)=28,thecosmicharmonicstandard,while53+29=82,or4�,thefrequencyoftheintervalofGod,times2.Meditateonthenumbers.Letthenumbersmeditateyou.

V.24.3, It’s a Telepathic Frequency as Well

SuchissomeofthemeaningofthefrequencyofReturn,whichoccursastheDayOutofTime,themostsacreddayofQuetzalcoatl.InitsSirianpuritytheQuetzalcoatlrebirth—Kin53—occursbutonceevery52yearsasthesynchronizingmediumoftheDayOutofTime.Yet,byhisgalacticsignature,QuetzalcoatlisalsothefrequencyofthecosmicconstantofSirianrebirth,53.Asalreadynoted,

thisfrequencyoccursonV.24.3everyDayOutofTime.Letuscontinueridingthenumbersandtheirtelepathiclanguage.

V.24.3=decimal243,sameasKin243BlueSolarNight;thatistone9,seal3and3x9=27“heartofnine.” In the ancient meaning Valum signifies 9, while Votan is the earliest variant name of the Akbal (Night) glyph, which is why Valum Votan signifies Heart of Nine. The inter-dimensional time-traveling significance of the Kin 53, Day Out of Time, becomes magnified whenoneconsidersthemeaningoftheendoftheDragonGenesisandthebeginningoftheMonkeyGenesis.Infact,thisDayOutofTimeisasmomentousasanyyetcelebrated.Forherewearetakingamagic flight that links two Dreamspells—the Dreamspell of the Dragon Genesis and that of the Monkey Genesis.
