construction projects and businesses in diverse fields. FIVE BUILDERS three partners have a great previous experience in multinational companies which empower their new business to grow fast and establish a great system and relationships. Planning to concentrate in the first year on established a great management

system and having qualified manpower and equipment then ongoing gain ISO 9001, 14000, 18000, SA8000 certificates to ensure serving the high quality to customers and society. Carrying out civil works in evaporation pond (water structure), involving supply & cast 100m3 plain concrete, 250m3 reinforcement footing, 350m3 reinforcement concrete walls with 3m high, supply & apply chemical isolation (using Sika top seal 107) and supply & install of 12’000 m2 H.D.P.E. sheets for water insulation..

Plus supply & cast about 1000m2 reinforcement concrete slabs on grade for training center building, 40 concrete covered parking foundations including the anchor bolts, 150 concrete lighting poles foundations including the anchor bolts, concrete septic tank for training building center including the U.P.V.C. pipes,

concrete foundations & slab on grade for ware house building including the anchor bolts, septic tank, water tank & electrical connections. Besides provide surveying services, design and workshop drawing for many items

DP World (Ain Sokhna Port)

Carrying out civil works in Ain Sokhna port, involving the demolition and re-erection of the Gate House, the bawdry wall, and the access road to the port.

In addition carrying out many miscellaneous works involving supply & install about 2000 liner meter chain link fence, new water tank for training center building including the P.P.R. water supply piping, well water H.D.P.E. pipes (500 liner meter), the main electrical distribution board and cables for the training center building, earthling systems, 5000 liner

meter steel razor wire above the main fence, 5000 liner meter rigid steel conduits for fiber optics wires.

Makro Cash & Carry

Carrying out mechanical works including installation of fire fighting network, plumbing networks and HVAC.

Carrying out several services at the D.C.I. Compound in Ain el Sokhna, such as erection of steel fence, surveying works, the installation of water and sewerage networks, the erection of prefabricated offices, the

implementation of electrical networks, the development, implementation and commissioning of plumbing systems, as well as earth leveling and elevation of bench marks, reinforced concrete works, painting of the network piping, and mechanical manpower supply.

General Motors Egypt

Carrying out all constructions works of steelworks, piping and then performed the erection activities with complete management of the site, working in safety conditions, gaining also a certificate from GM as the

most safe contractor in year 2007.

Impresub Port Said Plant

Involving civil works, steel structure woks (fabrication and erection), cladding works, infrastructure works (electrical, water networks), finishing works (plastering, aluminum doors & windows, ceramic tiles, marble works and wooden works) and landscape works. In addition, supply and implementation of the fire

fighting system and the water tank.

Proctor & Gamble (P&G) Egypt

Carrying out many projects in the premises of P&G Egypt in 6th of October city. Installation of related electro-mechanical works at TSM and coalition administration buildings. Carrying out electrical works in the switchgear room; supply and installation the steam pipe line (in the packing area) and the fire

hose racks. In addition, undertaking the construction of the boundary wall for the factory extension.

Libyan European Hospital, Benghazi – Libya

As a subcontractor for the Italian company Gemmo; the main contractor. The project involving the fabrication and installation of pipe network.

Saint Gobain Glass Egypt (SGGE)

Supply and install of steel tanks (total capacity 6128 M3), piping supports and erection of piping network, associated equipment and accessories, veneration ducts, HVAC systems, and fire fighting and detection.
