Monthly Service Sheet Toyota Coaster 1. Under vehicle

a. Full underbody wash

b. Remove all wheels and check brakes

c. Remove 1 calliper bolt to inspect front

pads (replace if required)

d. Anti-seize calliper slide (front)

e. Remove rear brake drums, clean and

inspect (replace if required)

f. Check handbrake for tension and

adjust

g. Check steering, shocks and rubbers

h. Replace any missing mudflaps while

wheels are off

i. Check tyres for wear and damage

j. Check oil levels and check the

following for contamination (water in

oil). Replace if needed

i. Differential

ii. Gearbox

iii. Transfer Case

2. Drivetrain

a. Check all drive shafts

3. Steering

a. Check kingpins for wear

b. Inspect Bushes, joints, steering arm,

control arm

4. Engine

a. Check air filter clean or replace if

necessary

b. Check Air conditioning filter

c. Check fan belts

d. Check and listen for idler pulleys

(replace if required)

e. Check power steering fluid

f. Check coolant level

g. Check Brake fluid level

h. Check engine oil level

i. Check battery terminals

5. Windscreen

a. Check wiper blade condition

b. Fill wiper fluid

c. Check windscreen condition and

inspect for cracks and chips

6. Lights

a. Check all lights including hold down

clamps on Rino bar

b. Check reverse beeper is working

7. Interior

a. Check rear door lock, clean out with

brake clean and apply more CRC

b. Lube side door rollers and hinges and

check top side

c. Ensure smooth passenger door

operation and working lock

d. Check all seat belts

8. Safety Box Stock or replace as needed

a. First aid kit

b. Wheel chocks

c. Fire extinguishers

d. Jump leads

e. Triangles

9. Secondary Inspection

a. Double check the following

i. Engine

ii. Gearbox

iii. transfer case

iv. Front & rear diff plugs / bungs

b. Re-tension all wheel nuts

c. Check tyre pressure and wear

10. Road Test

a. Listen for any wheel bearing noises

11. Full interior clean up

12. Return vehicle to site
