Prayer Corner

This week’s value is forgiveness.

Dear God,

Dear God, thank You for sending Jesus to die on the cross so that we can have our sins forgiven. Thank You for forgiving my sins. Please help me to forgive others as

You forgive us.

Amen

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. John 3:16

TOP TABLE AWARD

KS2 Millie, Beatrice, Emma, Amy, Lyla, Freya, Jack, Siddharth

This is an award given by the class teacher. Every Friday the winners will sit on

a special table and they will be served their lunch by the staff if they have school dinner or to eat their packed lunch.

Tristan in Sycamore Class had an idea that he would like to raise money for Children in Need. He asked Mrs Maycock if he could sell Loom Bands for children to make at break and lunchtime. In doing this, with the help of his classmate Erin, they raised

£37.50 for Children in Need.

Well done!

Friday 13th December

Anjali in Willow Class has asked that we support Save the Children. Children can wear a Christmas Jumper and non-uniform to school and

bring in a donation for this fantastic charity.

Santa’s Secret Workshop

Friday 13th December On Friday 13th December we will be opening our Santa’s Secret Workshop in the Orchard where there will be lots of presents priced at £1, £2 and £3 for each class. Children who want to take part will be brought in in groups where they will be able to buy and wrap (with help) presents for their family. Santa’s elves have brought enough presents for every child to buy one; if there are any left at the end, children will be able to come back at the end of the day and buy more. Children will need to bring their money in on the day in a named envelope. For younger children it would be helpful if parents could write on the envelope who the present is going to be for.
