By joining Aquir.me, the following terms and conditions will apply. We do not store credit card information nor do we share client details with any third parties. All brands are required to meet
Aquir.me brand partner criteria. Aquir.me reserves the right to decline any brand. Payments will not be processed or if registration payment has been processed, all fees will be refunded if the
brand has not met the criteria or been accepted. Brand partners are only con�rmed once the registration payment has been received by Aquir.me.
Pre-launch plans are available for a limited number of brand partners only. Pre-launch marketing plans will commence from the date that the Aquir.me site goes live to customers for a period of
12 months. Normal marketing plans will commence within 30 days of the date of the payment being processed for a period of 12 months. All approved registration fees are non-refundable.
Marketing plans may be cancelled at any time and cancellation requests require 3 months written notice prior to the cancellation date. Marketing plan payments will continue until the
cancellation date. All fees are subject to change. By registering with Aquir.me, brand partners grant permission for Aquir.me to use brand assets, product images and information for promotion
purposes. Aquir.me shall do its best to ensure brand partner style guidelines are followed at all times.
