The New Innova 200 message center andtouch screen controls the system and theeggs. This allows customers to isolate eggquality for re-inspection when the marketrequires it.

A new generation in egg grading and packing

A new generation in egg graderefficiency and sanitation from Diamond,the leader in Farmpackers, Egg Breakersand Graders. The new Innova 200 hasgentle egg handling, from loading to car-ton closing and box packing, on a stainlesssteel system, easy to maintain and cleanwith a minimum of machine operators. Thesystem is only 6 egg rows wide operatingat 72,000 eggs per hour.

The Innova uses a Windows XPTM operatingsystem which makes it easy to network withother computers. This allows managementcomputers to be easily linked to theDiamond grading system providing totalflexibility along with the use of MicrosoftOfficeTM. The Innova is compatible with allpopular jet printer systems and many outside software and auxiliary systems software. The Diamond modem link and video camera system is available.

The system has a wash-down destacker loader and optional plastic tray washer to maximize the clean-ability from the beginning of the egg grading operation. The loader transfers eggs from 30 egg traysto unique Diamond spring rollers to further reduce cross contamination. Anoptional accumulator is available for inlineinstallations.

Diamond egg washers will gently cleanand dry eggs before grading if the marketrequires a clean shell and sanitized finishedproduct. The patented side to side brushmotion maximizes cleaning and gentle egghandling in a minimum amount of space.
