DESCRIPTION
The community manager is the person in charge of the social media profiles from institutions & companies, he is the one who manages the account. The function is mainly to update the social web profile, to be able to answer as soon as possible every question, idea or suggestion arrived through any of these channels . Us, librarians, as information professionals, we are able to fullfil these functions, because in our libraries we are constantly updating material and giving answer to every query from our users, and the social relationships that we share are reflected on the social media. We have analized 80 job offers published in Spain from June-2010 until October-2010, here are the results.TRANSCRIPT
