Raw materials sourcingAll of our raw materials are sourced from food-grade raw materials and are selected according to their high content of Omega-3. Fisheries are sourced in oceanic areas that are free from any industry in order to guarantee optimum oil quality and purity. élantria Ultra-Premium grades are based on elite quality fish sourced from Mauritius.

Purification & deodorization élantria Ultra-Stable Omega-3s offer exceptional quality with barely detectable levels of contaminants in compliance with the GOED Omega-3 Voluntary monograph, European regulations and World Health Organization standards.

Concentrationélantria Ultra-Stable Omega-3s are concentrated using a high vacuum molecular distillation technology. This technology allows targeted fatty acids (EPA and DHA) to be separated by molecular weight. EPA and DHA concentration ratios of Omega-3 in the élantria Ultra-Stable Omega-3s range from 30% to 80% depending on application.

Protection against degradationélantria Ultra-Stable Omega-3s are stabilized against oxidative degradation using proprietary QualitySilver® Technology. Studies have shown that stability is increased from 2 to 5 times compared to conventional stabilized marine oils with this process. This offers optimal preservation of nutritional and organoleptic properties and translates into a significantly enhanced shelf life.
