10. Student feedback mechanism on : We have introduced a system of evaluation Institutional Governance /Faculty of the performance of teachers by students Performance since last 8 years. According to this, a structu-

red questionnaire covering various aspects of academic and extra-curricular activities is administered to the students and students rate the performance of the teachers on a five-point scale. The feed-back given by the students is analysed and the teachers whose performance is not satisfactory are counseled, warned and punished as per the requirement. This method of evaluation is helping the teachers to improve their performance.
