safe, a project that must be executed

to perfection and a bottom line that

must always be considered. And piles

upon piles of paperwork to ensure

that all is on task and on time.






Permission-based appThis allows those assigned to a project access to the

related forms. Permissions can be turned on and off

by the administrator.

Job setupAdministrators set the parameters for which forms

should be completed and their timeline. All important

job information listed at the top of traditional field

documents will be automatically populated and un-

editable.

Employee setupThe administrator has the ability to create a

new employee, remove a terminated employee,

change an employee’s permission and change

an employee’s pay group.

Specification confirmationThe administrator can set specification limits

and the app will alert the administrator when

the “out-of-spec” item occurs. The admin can

review all submitted forms and check for miss-

ing or incorrect formation prior to final signa-

ture approval or data housing.

Entry errors can’t occurMulti-selects, numeric keypads, scrolling pickers

and skip logic ensure entry errors don’t occur.

DeFelsko and Wi-Fi enabled device compatibleWe work with DeFelsko, a leading inspection-

device manufacturer. Our app communicates

wirelessly with their devices with no opportunity

to manipulate or change readings. TruQC works

with PosiTector 6000, PosiTector DPM and

PosiTector SPG.

AccountabilityAll forms can be retrieved electronically or pro-

duced as a .pdf. Forms are time, date, GPS, photo

and signature-stamped. These readings cannot be

altered or removed.






Real-time syncing and secure storage set us apart

Forms sync in near real-timeTruQC utilizes cloud technology that allows a

centrally located administrator to check on any

job at any time. The administrator can see exactly

what readings are being obtained and where in the

inspection process a project is.

Syncing occurs via LTE, 3G, 4G or Wi-Fi. If no data

service is available, the information will store locally

until available.

Cloud storage / securityBecause the information is stored in the cloud, a field user and administrator have access to the same infor-

mation, any time and anywhere. In the case of audits and submissions, you can be confident that the report

is where it should be and signed by the necessary parties.

A full snapshot of the data is backed up hourly, daily, weekly, monthly and yearly. You own your data and

can request a copy any time. The data is encrypted when it goes across the wire using SSL encryption. Pass-

words are hashed in the database using cryptography designed by the National Security Agency.

To secure your data, we use a certified and audited hosting provider called Rackspace who also provides

services for Mazda, Domino’s Pizza, Six Flags and others. Gartner ranks Rackspace as a leader in the cloud-

computing industry.

not exactly what you are looking for, we can customize a form to fit your needs.

Custom checklists We have the ability to build as many custom checklists as you need, featuring your unique questions

and specifications.

Manage employee access to job-specific documentsThe TruQC Document Library allows you to remotely

manage field employee access to job-specific docu-

ments like MSDS, PDS, blueprints, scopes of work,

contracts, employee certifications, equipment user

manuals and more. Whatever you need to manage

a job, TruQC will help keep it organized, up-to-date

and at your fingertips.

As up-to-date as you areThe TruQC Document Library allows you to go into

a field user’s “library” and add/remove documents

as you see fit.

For instance, if the scope-of-work document

changes on a given job, you can easily remove the

old version and upload the most current one.






Search PDFThe TruQC Document Library includes functionality

allowing you to search for specific words or items

inside of a large document such as a site safety plan

or contract. This helps you find the exact portion of

a document that you need, when you need it, and

helps you avoid the tedious project of manually

searching through pages and pages of long docu-

mentation.

Attach documents to reports for better documentation and annotationWith the TruQC Document Library, you can now

attach slideshows, photos or any other supporting

document to a report. This will allow your Toolbox

Talks to neatly and immediately include a photo

of the crew, signatures of workers, a thumbnail of

your presentation and any other information given

to the crew.

Additionally, you can annotate within TruQC, easily

highlighting, drawing and inserting text on top

of any document. These annotations are saved

and versioned for your review. Tools include pencil,

highlighter and note annotation tool. Users can add

labels, text and pictures, and we can customize a

list of dropdowns for your specific needs.
