■■ BIOCON™Dual-belt low temperature dryer designed to be one of the safest dryers on the market while maintaining easy and efficient operation. BioCon™ uses innovative deposi-tors within the dryer to place thin strings of dewatered sludge on the first drying belt. The depositor system en-sures a large evaporation surface area while the circula-ted drying air evaporates water from the sludge. The ERS (ENERGY RECOVERY SYSTEM) option provides more than 80% of heat for the dryer from renewable fuels, and re-duces biosolids mass by 95%, thereby reducing plant ope-rating costs and hauling fees.
