expertise
To ensure compliance with a strict code of conduct
To promote the loss adjusting expertise through high standards of training and mutually recognised qualifications
To provide Governments and the Insurance Industry within the
European Market with unparalleled professional adjusting expertise
In the course of their training qualified members of the individual associations
have undergone extensive work experience before qualifying
To ensure compliance with a strict code of conduct
All of the member associations maintain the highest professional standards, each having a code of conduct
compatible with that of FUEDI
To promote loss adjusting expertise through high standards of training and mutually
recognised qualifications
With free circulation and the establishment of professionals within the Single European Market and to
respond to the needs of a rapidly evolving insurance industry, FUEDI has established common standards of
training and examination amongst its members
In 1996 this led to the mutual recognition of loss adjusting experts who had achieved a high level of expertise. The title FUEDI-ELAE, which stands for
European Loss Adjusting Expert was created a year later
