For new construction, Hy-Lite® fi xed block

windows are available with either aluminum

or vinyl framing. Operable windows feature

vinyl frames and include Casement, Awning

and Hopper windows. Hy-Lite’s ArchTop™

and RoundTop™ windows provide a distinctive

design signature, while custom confi gura-

tions allow you to create a variety of styles

With both aluminum and vinyl framing

available, Hy-Lite new construction acrylic

block products are easily installed and can

Hy-Lite new construction windows are

available in a variety of shapes to create

unique designs. All geometric and custom

confi gurations have an aluminum frame

LIGHTING

Easy-to-install tube lighting can be added

to Hy-Lite panels to create a beautiful

lighting effect. Specially-designed lighting

systems have a long life span and require

no maintenance. Installed only in panels

featuring three-inch thick block, tube lighting

can be inserted in either horizontal or vertical

lines. For more information about lighting,

ALUMINUM END CAPS

For a fi nished look, panels with exposed

ends are capped with either a fl at end cap

or rounded end cap. Made from quality,

extruded aluminum, end caps come pre-

fi nished in white, tan, bronze or clear

anodized and are easily installed in tracking

along the block panel.

ALUMINUM CORNER CAPS

Special corner caps allow you to connect

multiple panels at either a 45-degree or

90-degree angle, which give the ability to

create various formations.

Utilizing advanced technology, Hy-Lite’s®

innovative caulking compound is

specially formulated to spread and

dry evenly, sealing to the block on all

sides. Mechanically applied for even

distribution, the caulking is cured and

systematically air-dried – resulting in

smooth, straight lines that provide a

consistent look on the entire window

or panel. That consistency stays true

from window to window and panel to

panel. The caulk is also very durable and

will not crack, fl ake, chip or discolor.

Hy-Lite’s Awning window opens and closes smoothly, while the sash is supported with heavy-duty hardware. Available in large sizes, Hy-Lite Awning windows are ideal for open-ing up living spaces.

Square blocks are available in either

six- or eight-inch dimensions. Triangle-

shaped blocks are also available to match

the eight-inch styles. A wide variety of

CARE AND CLEANING

Blocks and frames generally wipe clean with

a damp cloth. For stubborn block stains,

acrylic-safe cleaners may be used. Please

read cleaner instructions to make sure

the cleaner is suitable for use on acrylic.

Scratches and gouges can be restored

with polishing compounds, such as Novus®

Plastic Polish, available from Hy-Lite. For

comprehensive care and cleaning information,

see your Hy-Lite supplier.

This dryer vent block is a great accessory for laundry room applications and is

factory installed.
