DESCRIPTION
One night in Guelmim: "You will travel in a car. Not on the bus. Hah Hah! We are kidnapping you!" And whilst said light hearted ( and I knew they were joking), it made me think that many westerners have seen films where foreigners are kidnapped and taken into the desert to a rebel hideout. It is an image we have become used to, and for the paranoid, a fear they actually hold. I want to play with the western fear, and show a much lighter, but also plain weird reality.TRANSCRIPT
