Blended Learning incorporates both online and offline resources as well as incorporating a BYOD approach to foreign language or English language learning. Here is a segment from a blended learning class on taliking about family which uses animated series and cartoon families for initial input. Most EFL and ESL learners know the Simpsons, but I've also added The Jetsons, the Flintstones and the Family Guy series characters for extended practice. Have fun with them!
