EUROPACKAGING LTD //Re3 bag range /June 2008 to present
Re3 is a Europackaging own brand with an environmental focus ‘Reduce, Reuse, Recycle’. The purpose of the brand is to promote the reuse of bags by being a desirable item by design. The range covers numerous bag styles and materials and has a thematic visual identity which is sensitive to each style of bag. The project has involved creating and merchandising a brand from scratch.

EUROPACKAGING LTD //Generic Merchant bags /June 2009
This is a range of carrier bag designs, currently being used by local shops/traders throughout the UK. The brief was to create, low cost, desirable artworks to encourage businesses to move from a plain bag to an entry level printed carrier bag. To create a desierable, high end, ‘premium’ style of artwork, I sketched a number of scenes / images and manipulated them in Adobe Illustrator.
MEANS OF PRODUCTION //DVD and PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL /October 2008
Film maker Max Bilbow wanted to create a lively, tone of voice for his film, ‘Means of Production’. I went straight to my sketch pad to create a hand drawn, cartoon theme in keeping with the films light hearted, adventurous direction.This project included a website, interactive DVD title screens, print and a promotional clothing range.
PESDA PRESS //Geological diagrams /December 2007
I was commissioned to produce the diagrams for, ‘Rock Trails Snowdonia’. Working from a combination of photographs, maps and the authors scrawl, I used Adobe illustrator to create a set of clean, consise, user friendly diagrams which were in keeping with the Pesda style guide.

I designed a number of t shirts during a summer internship at howies. The most successful design has had two print runs and was an Autumn best seller.
NEXSAN TECHNOLOGIES //Icon set /November 2007
I was commissioned to design a set of icons for Nexsan’s new Graphic User Interface. The purpose of the GUI is to remotely monitor hard drives from an online system.
UK FREESTYLE //Identity and clothing /July 2009
UK Freestyle wanted to create a fresh identity for the Great Britain kayak freestyle team in the 2009 Word Championships. I used a bold, sans serif typeface, lowercase letters and a thick outline to create a quickly recognizable visual identity. This was used in web and print.
