Undersized water mains – one case of no

Inoperable and malfunctioning gate valves

Outdated water meters

Water quality issues

Inadequate and aging water storage

Lagoon seepage is prevalent

Many lagoons do not meet standards

Original clay tile mains, dating as far back

to 1918, susceptible to collapse
