There is no easier and more secure way to install your underfloor heating. With the FLOORTEC Preformed Plate UNI you get the system ready for use in only four steps -without needing a tool for laying it.

The FLOORTEC Dry System does not create any humidity during the installation and no screed expansion joints are needed. The installation time is therefore shorter as usual. The FLOORTEC Dry System allows an extremely thin floor construction in combination with all floor coverings and guarantees a quick heat regulation, an even heat distribution and short heating-up times.

The FLOORTEC stainless steel manifold is the heart of every underfloor heating. Thanks to its compact design, it is compatible with all systems and regulates the heating power, depending on the room temperature, through a built-in flow meter.

The FLOORTEC electronic controles provide wired thermostats to facilitate the installation. It consists of a fastened holder underneath the plaster and a put-on control panel which hence can always be easily detached. This is a priceless advantage when painting walls or putting up wallpaper because the work is simplified and the thermostats are save from damage or dirt after detaching them. A special cap which protects the holder is provided.

UNITHERM is an excellent thermally-insulated flue gas system with a modular construction. The satin-finished stainless steel surface is in line with modern industrial design.

UNITEC is the ideal supplement whenreplacing an old heating systemwith a modern, energy-efficient heatgenerator. As a single-walled fluegas pipe system, Unitec can be routedin an existing chimney or in aninstallation shaft.
