> Total Quality Control As ISO operating Company, our extensive Quality

Management Systems defines all procedures and rules enforced in all aspects of our organization, to deliver quality services only.

Our whole organization is oriented towards Total Quality Control.

Our Quality Control Inspectors on site enforce international quality standards and our Clients’ procedures, also their specifications.

For each project we undertake, we ensure a proper implementation of our ISO quality procedures.

Strict compliance with quality specifications is permanently monitored, which is recorded at site and reported to our Management.

Our QA/QC Manager is a certified NACE coating In-

> We provide CAD designed flexible insulation pillows made from fiberglass tissues and insulation materials for valves, flanges, piping & all types of industrial equipments requiring regular access & maintenance.

> Our flexible insulation pillows are easily assembled and disassembled to provide superior functionality for the customer. Depending on Customers requirements, we select the right quality insulation materials to manufacture the insulation pillows with state-of-the-art computer controlled production facilities. Our expert Technicians make sure that all insulation components fit together accurately even when it comes to complex profiles.

> FLEXIBLE TURBINE INSULATION SYSTEMS> We deliver flexible & single layer insulation to maximize turbines energy

efficiency & safety by fixing, as well as tp reduce maintenance costs and outages duration. Our OEM-approved insulation is designed to prevent hot spots and heat leakages to increase power generation of turbines made by Siemens, MHI and Alstom.

> Thanks to its high quality insulation materials and smart fixation systems, the insulation pillows need less maintenance on the long term and can be removed, repaired and reinstalled quickly to shorten outages duration.

According to the request of Mekong Energy, Vivablast performed 7 days of Dry ice cleaning to remove sulfur residue from its boiler HRSG 1 during the 2nd week of December, 2013.

Operating safety with its heavy-duty equipment for hazardous contaminants removal, the Vivablast Team was able to meet our productivity and safety expectations throughout this period while ensuring full compliance with our technical specifications for boiler cleaning.

Thanks to efforts and professional expertise, our productivity has recovered 1.2 MW which is equivalent to 0.16% of the power plant’s capacity.

Mekong Energy is confident in Vivablast’s capabilities and professionalism to deliver expected results on time, on budget and safety since their integrated solutions and services do meet our international quality, safety and perfor-mance standards.
