Dawid Jurkowski - Run Down(artist)

Within the music video, Dawid Jurkowski will be acting as my artist 'Run Down'. He will appear to be wearing casual clothing that is generically seen within existing hip hop music videos. His outfit will consist of tracksuit bottoms, a plain coloured t-shirt and trainer footwear. Moreover, he will be accessorised by sunglasses, a snap back(hat) and a necklace; these are iconic aspects of a hip hop artist, I intend my artist to recognised through a similar method. His image aims to imitate a rebellious teenager, through the means of his outfit. Whereby, viewers of my production can establish our artist to being associated with troublesome social groups. This relation proposes to be enhanced through the artist's interactions within the video.

Bartek Wielblad - Artists associate

Within the music video, Bartek Wielblad will be acting as an associate of my artist - Run Down. He will also appear to be wearing casual clothing that is generically seen within existing hip hop music videos. His outfit will consist of tracksuit bottoms, a hooded jacket and trainer footwear. Unlike my artist, Bartek will not be accessorised; as he will not be the primary focus of the production. In which, accessorising the artist enables him to more noticeable. Moreover, Bartek's image intends to imitate a rebellious teenager, like Dawid. This suits the means of illustrating a lack of independence. Whereby, my music video production aims to highlight the social issues that the youth interact with. In addition, teenagers are stereotypically associated with trouble; my actor's clothing styles intends to reinforce this ideal, appealing to the presentation of a 'thug'.

Choice of costumes in relation to generic costumes seen within hip hop music videos

Within my music video production, I have chosen to incorporate costumes that are generic, for viewers to recognise my production as a hip hop music video. Costumes are iconic to the cast, which is suggestive about the their roles and engagements within a production. To create similar presentations of my cast, I had used existing music videos within the genre to develop an understanding of outfit features; exampling videos that illustrate this are:
