11. Disassembly and Assembly Instructions

11-1 Disassembly

1) Remove SCREW CAP 2points at REAR. 1) Release SCREW 2points.

1) Puts screw driver in the groove and lift hook. 1) Move along REAR COVER and disjoint hook.

1) After remove REAR COVER release SCREW 3point.1) After open 3points at hook using a decomposition

tool, separate FRONT and REAR.

1) Remove KEYPAD. 1) Release SCREW 4points.

1) Presses PBA with finger at REAR back and separates

PBA in REAR.1) Extract connector by tweezers.

1) Release INTENNA SCREW 2points. 1) Release SHIELD CAN SCREW 3points.

1) Presses shaft by tweezers and separates FRONT and

Folder ASSY.1) Separates FRONT and Folder ASSY.

1) Remove SCREW CAP 6points. 1)Release SCREW 6points.

1) Separates UPPER and LOWER. 1) Remove unelectrical conduction TAPE.

1) Separate CON TO CON in connector. 1) Separate SPAEKER 2ea of LOWER.

1) Separate CON TO CON and Rubber Ring in connector. 1) Motor, RCV, Camera exclusion by tweezers

1) Separates LCD and LOWER. END.

1) After LCD safe arrival, place MOTOR, RECEIVER,

CAMERA safely.1) Insert CON TO CON connector

2) After inserting SPK into LOWER safely, Arrange

wires.1)Attach non-conductive TAPE.

1) Arrange Packing Rubber on each point carefully.1) Assemble UPPER and LOWER.

2) Check whether Packing Rubber is arranged or not.

1) Turn each Screw to the right(6EA). 1) Attach Screw Cap(6EA).

1) Assemble Folder ASSY and Front.

2) Press shaft by tweezers and put it in the front

groove.

1) Turn Antenna Screw to the right(2EA).

1) Turn Shieldcan Screw to the right(3EA). 1) Insert CON-TO-CON to PBA connector

1) Take care about tearing CON-TO-CON FPCB

1) First, give a slope to the PBA leaning IF connector

and then put down PBA in Rear.

1) Turn PBA Screw to the right(4EA).

1) Put down the KEYPAD.

2) Press the KEYPAD wholly to seal the Rear.

1) First, hook the Front on the left side of Rear(2

point.) and then right side of Rear(2 point).

2) Finally, hook it on bottom of Rear.(1 point).

1) Turn Rear Screw to the right(3EA).1) After Assemble Rear Cover, Turn Screw to the

right(2EA).

1) Insert Screw Cap(2EA).
