हैं। आिेिन केिि ऑनिाइन ही ्ा्त ककए जाएंगे। पंजीकरर् के प्चात आिेिकों को ऑनलाइन पंजीकिण संख्या प्रदान की जाएगी ,क्जसे भववष्य में संदभय के शलए संभाल कि िखा जाना िाहर्ए। आिेिक का ई-मेि आई.डी .आिेिन में अननिायण रूप से दिया जाना चादहए। जो अभ्याथी पहिे से ही कें र/राज्य सरकार ,सािणजननक क्षेि की ईकाईयों या स्ियातर ननकायों में कायणरत हैं ,उनको ऑनिाइन आिेिन करने के बाि संबंर्थधत ननयोरता से ्ा्त ‘अनापवत्त प्रमाण पत्र ’ अननिायण रूप से भेजना होगा क्ट्जसके पीछे नाम तथा पंजीकरर् संख्या अंककत हो। How to apply: The application for on-line registration will be hosted in the ISRO web-site between 24.05.2018 and 13.06.2018. Candidates may visit our web-site at www.isro.gov.in to register their applications on-line between 24.05.2018 and 13.06.2018. The candidates registered under National Career Services (NCS) portal and fulfilling the eligibility conditions may visit ISRO website and follow the application procedure as stated. Applications will be received on-line only. Upon registration, applicants will be provided with an on-line Registration Number, which should be carefully preserved for future reference. E-mail ID of the applicant will have to be given in the application compulsorily. The on-line application has to be invariably followed-up with a `No Objection Certificate’ from the employer concerned, by those already in employment under Central/State Government, Public Sector Undertakings or Autonomous Bodies, duly indicating the name and Reg. No. on the reverse

5.आवेदन िुलक् : प्रिये्क आवेदन के शलए आवेदन िुलक् ₹ 011/- ( रूपये एक सौ मात्र) होगा। अभय्थी इन्टरनेट बैंककंग/डते्रबट काडण द्िारा ऑनिाइन या नजिीकी भारतीय सटे्ट बैंक की िािा में जाकर ‘ऑफिाइन’ भुगतान कर सकत ेहैं। आिेिन ऑनिाइन जमा करन ेके प्चात अभय्थी तत्काि या िुल्क भुगतान की अंनतम तारीि अथाणत 15.06.2018 से पूिण ककसी भी दिन आिेिन िुल्क का भुगतान कर सकते हैं। ऑनिाइन आिेिन जमा करन ेकी अंनतम तारीि 13.06.2018 है। परंतु ककसी भी अनेपक्षक्षत, ननिंत्रबत या असफि िेनिेन की समस्या से बचने हेतु अभ्यथीयों को 13.06.2018 से पूिण ही भुगतान पूरा करन ेकी सिाह िी जाती है। [ऑनिाइन भुगतान करने िािे अभ्यर्थथणयों को सूर्थचत ककया जाता है की ककसी भी ननिंत्रबत या असफि िेनिेन के लिए इसरो उतर रिायी नही ंहोगा। अभ्यथी यदि आि्यक हो तो अपने बैंक से संपकण कर सफि भुगतान सुननक्ट््चत करें। अभ्यथी िैकक्ट्ल्पक रूप से ऑफिाइन भुगतान कार सकत ेहैं। इसरो के िेबसाइट पे “पेमेंट स्टेटस” लिकं से ‘सफि भुगतान’ सुननक्ट््चत करना अभ्यथी के लिए अननिायण है।] ्त्येक मामिे में अनुपािन की जाने िािी ्किया नीच ेिी गई है:/Application Fee: There will be an Application Fee of ₹100/- (Rupees One Hundred Only) for each application. Candidates may make the payment ‘online’ using Internet Banking/Debit Card or ‘Offline’ by visiting nearest SBI Branch. Candidates after submitting their application can pay application fee immediately or any day before the last date for fee payment 15.06.2018. The last date for submitting online application is 13.06.2018 Candidates are, however, advised to make online payment by 13.06.2018 to avoid any unexpected transaction failures/issues. [Candidates making online payment may kindly note that ISRO shall not be responsible for pending transactions or transaction failures. Candidates may if required contact their Banks and ensure successful payment of application fee. Candidates may utilize alternative methods of payment (Offline payment) if required. Ensuring a ‘successful payment’ from “Payment Status” link in ISRO’s website is mandatory for the candidates] The process followed for each case is shown below:

(1) यदि कोई अभ्यथी तत्काि आिेिन िुल्क जमा करना चाहता है तो आिेिन जमा करन ेके बाि पंजीकरर् संख्या ििाणत ेहुए उसे एक िेब पषृ्ठ दििाई िेगा। उसी पषृ्ठ पर “भुगिान किें” बटन मौजूि होगा, क्ट्जसे अभ्यथी क्ट्रिक कर सकता है और ननम्नानुसार भुगतान ्किया का अनुसरर् कर सकता है/If candidate desires to pay application fee immediately then he/she on submitting application will be shown a web page displaying registration number. On same web page, there exists “Make Payment” button which candidate may click and follow the

payment process as outlined below

(2) यदि कोई अभ्यथी बाि में िुल्क भुगतान करना चाहता है तो िह ववज्ञापन पषृ्ठ में दिायए गए शलकं “भुगिान किें” लिकं पर जाकर विज्ञापन की अंनतम तारीि के पूिण भुगतान कर सकता है। अभ्यथी को अपनी पंजीकरर् संख्या, जन्म-नतर्थथ भरने के बाि “भुगिान किें” बटन पर क्ट्रिक करना होगा और ननम्नानुसार भुगतान ्किया का अनुसरर् करना होगा/ If the candidate wants to pay application fee later, he/she can pay the fee before closure of the advertisement by accessing the link “Make Payment” link available in advertisement page. Candidate

has to provide his/her registration number, Date of Birth and later click on the “Make Payment” button and follow the payment

process as outlined below

6. आवेदन िुल्क भुगिान की प्रक्रिया/Process for application fee payment अभ्यथी को ‘भुगतान करें’ बटन पर क्ट्रिक करने पर स्टेट बैंक बरु् ववकल्प भुगिान प्रणाली (एम.पी.ओ.एस.) पषृ्ठ पर पुनःननिेलित ककया जाएगा। अभ्यथी भुगतान करने हेतु ननम्नलिखित ििाणए भुगतान मोडों में से ककसी एक का चयन कर सकता है।/The candidates

on clicking the Make Payment button will be redirected to State Bank Multi Option Payments Systems (MOPS) page. The candidate may choose one of the payment modes shown below for making payment.

1. नेट बैंककंग/Net Banking: भारतीय स्टेट बैंक /State Bank of India 2. नेट बैंककंग/Net Banking: अन्य बैंक/Other Banks 3. डते्रबट काडण/Debit Card: भारतीय स्टेट बैंक /State Bank of India 4. डते्रबट काडण/Debit Card: अन्य बैंक/Other Banks 5. िेगडट काडण/Credit Card: भारतीय स्टेट बैंक /State Bank of India 5. िेगडट काडण/Credit Card: अन्य बैंक/Other Banks 6. पूिण-मुदरत चािान(अभ्यथी चािान को डाउनिोड कर मुदरत करने के बाि , चािान जारी होने के तीन दिन के भीतर या भुगतान करने हेतु अंनतम दिन, जो भी पहिे हो, से पूिण स्टेट बैंक ऑफ इंगडया की ककसी भी िािा में आिेिन का िुल्क नगि भुगतान कर सकता है। यह चािान जारी होने के दिनांक से माि आगिे तीन दिनों के लिए िैध माना जाएगा। यदि भुगतान तीन दिनों की सीमा के भीतर नहीं ककया गया तो ऐसे चािान को असफि माना जाएगा। तथावप, यदि आि् यक हो तो अभ्यथी नया चिान िबुारा जारी कर सकता है अथिा िैकक्ट्ल्पक रूप से ऑनिाइन भुगतान कर सकता है) / Pre-printed SBI Challan (Candidates should download, print and pay the application fees in cash at any SBI Branch within 3 days of generation of challan or last day for payment, whichever is earlier) The challan will be valid for the next three days only, from date of generation. If payment is not made within 3 days the challans, which are older than the specified time will be deemed unsuccessful. However, the candidate may regenerate fresh challan, if required or alternatively, make payment online payment.

नोट/Note: (i)हािांकक इसरो द्िारा लिया जाने िािा आिेिन िुल्क सभी भुगतान मोडों के लिए सामान है, परंतु बैंक के ्भार तथा कर अिग-अिग हो सकत ेहैं। अतः, यह आि्यक है कक अभ्यथी दिए गए अनुिेिों का सािधानीपूिणक अनुपािन करें। नेट बैंककंग तथा डते्रबट काडण द्िारा भुगतान के मामिे में, अभ्यथी द्िारा सफितापूिणक भुगतान करने पर उसे इसरो िेब पोटणि पर पुनःननिेलित ककया जाएगा तथा िेन-िेन के ब्यौरे ििाणने िािा पषृ्ठ ्िलिणत होगा।/(i)Though application fee charged by ISRO is same across the payment modes the bank charges and taxes may vary. Therefore candidates are required to carefully follow the instructions shown. In case of Net banking and debit cards payments, the candidate on successful payment will be redirected to ISRO web portal and shown a page displaying transaction details.

(ii)पूरी भुगतान ्किया के िौरान, कृपया ररफे्रि या बैक बटन न क्ट्रिक करें अन्यथा पूरी ्ककया रद्ि हो जाएगी।/ During entire payment processing do not click REFRESH or BACK button, else session will be aborted.

(iii)कृपया भुगतान के तरीके (नेट बैंककंग, डते्रबट काडण, सभी एस.बी.आई. काउंटर) के संबंध में बैंकों/भुगतान गेटिे के अनुिेिों का पािन करें।Please follow the instructions of the banks/payment gateways with respect to the mode of payment (net banking, debit cards, across SBI counters)

(iv) अभ्यथी भुगतान की क्ट्स्थनत की जांच एिं रसीि मुदरत करन ेहेतु विज्ञापन पषृ्ठ में उपिब्ध लिकं “भुगतान क्ट्स्थनत” पर िेि सकत ेहैं। अभ्यथी, ननिंत्रबत या असफि िेनिेन के मामिों में अपने बैंक से संपकण कर सफि भुगतान सुननक्ट््चत करें। Candidates can check Payment status and Print Receipt by visiting “Payment Status” link available in advertisement page. In case of pending transactions or transaction failures candidates are advised to contact their Banks and ensure successful payment of application fee.

7. सभी महर्ला ,अनुसूधिि जानि ) अनु.जा.( अनुसूधिि जनजानि ) अनु.ज.जा ,(. भूिपूवय सैननक)भू.सै .( िथा ववकलांग अभ्यधथययों को आवेदन िुल्क के भुगिान से छूट प्राप्ि रै्। कफर भी ,आिेिन के ऑनिाइन पंजीकरर् के बाि ,इसरो ्र्ािी से अभ्यर्थथणयों को वयक्ट्रतगत पंजीकरर् फामण डाउनिोड करके व्टं करना होगा ,क्ट्जसमें अभ्यथी का नाम ,पंजीकरर् संख्या ,विज्ञापन संख्या तथा पि कोड अंककत होगा, क्ट्जसे भविष्य में संिभण हेतु रिना होगा।/All Women candidates/Scheduled Castes (SC)/ Scheduled Tribes (ST); Ex-serviceman [EX] and Persons with Disabilities (PWD) candidates are exempted from payment of Application Fee. However, after registration of application on-line, the

candidates have to down-load and print the personalized registration confirmation form from the ISRO system which will contain the

Name of the candidate, Registration Number, Advertisement No., and Post code for future reference.

8. मदहिा अभ्यर्थथणयों/ अनुसूर्थचत जानत ) अनु.जा(. अनुसूर्थचत जनजानत ) अनु.ज.जा ,(.भूतपूिण सैननक ) भू.सै (.तथा दिवयांग (पी.डबल्यू.डी.) अभ्यर्थथणयों द्िारा िो/अनेक ्नत जमा करन ेकी क्ट्स्थनत में आिेिन जमा करन ेकी अंनतम तारीि से पूिण जमा ककए गए आिेिन पर ही आगे की कारणिाई के लिए विचार ककया जाएगा।

In case of submission of duplicate/multiple applications by Women candidates/Scheduled Castes (SC)/ Scheduled Tribes (ST); Ex-

serviceman [EX] and Persons with Disabilities (PWD) candidates, the last application submitted before the last date for submission of

application shall be considered for further processing.

अ.वप.ि. सदहत अन्य अभ्यर्थथणयों द्िारा िो/अनेक ्नत जमा करने की क्ट्स्थनत में, आिेिन, क्ट्जसके लिए आिेिन िुल्क के भुगतान हेतु अंनतम तारीि के अंिर ‘आिेिन िुल्क’, ्ा्त होता है, उस पर ही विचार ककया जाएगा।

In case of submission of duplicate/multiple applications by other candidates including OBC, the application against which the

‘application fee’ has been received within the last date for payment of application fee only will be considered.

9. ऐसे अभय्थी जो पहिे से ही कें र/राजय् सरकार ,सािणजननक क्षेि की ईकाईयों या सि्ायतत् ननकायों में कायणरत हैं ,उनको ऑनिाइन आिेिन के साथ संबंर्थधत ननयोक्ता से ्ा्त ‘अनापवतर ्मार्-पि ,’पर पंजीकरर् संिय्ा तथा पि कोड ििाणत े हुए प्रिासन अधधकािी (आई.सी.आि.बी ,).इसिो मुखय्ालय ,अंिरिक्ष भवन ,बेंगलूरु को ऑनलाइन आवेदन किने के िौदर् हदनों के अंदि औि क्रकसी भी क्थथनि में 27.06.2018 िक भेजना होगा।

The candidates who are already employed under Central/State Govt/PSU/Autonomous Bodies have to send a `No Objection

Certificate’ from the employer concerned, duly indicating their Registration Number and Post Code to the Administrative Officer

[ICRB], ISRO Headquarters, Bengaluru within fourteen days of filing the applications on-line by the candidates and in any case not

later than 27.06.2018

10. ऑन-िाइन आिेिन भेजने के बाि िैक्षक्षक अहणता, जानत ् मार्-पि, सेिाननितृ् त ् मार्-पि, विकिााँगता ् मार्-पि, भुगतान रसीि आदि की पुक्ट्ष्ट में कोई िस् तािेज भेजने की आि् यकता नहीं है, बक्ट्ल्क इसरो मुख् यािय द्िारा जब-जब मााँगे जाएाँ तब-तब सभी िस् तािेज़ ्स् तुत ककए जाने चादहए। परंतु, कें र/राज् य सरकार/सािणजननक उपिम/ स् िायत् त ननकायों में पहिे से कायणरत अ भ् यर्थथणयों द्िारा अपने ननयोजक से उपरोर त पैरा 4 में यथा उल् िेखित ‘‘अनापवतर ्मार्पि’’ ्स् तुत ककया जाना चादहए।

"NO DOCUMENTS SUPPORTING TO THEIR EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION, CASTE CERTIFICATE, DISCHARGE CERTIFICATE, PWD CERTIFICATE, PAYMENT RECIEPT ETC. TO BE SENT TO ISRO HEADQUARTERS AFTER COMPLETION OF SUBMITTING THE ONLINE APPLICATION BUT ALL THE RELEVANT DOCUMENTS TO BE PRODUCED AS AND WHEN CALLED FOR BY ISRO HEADQUARTERS. HOWEVER, THOSE WHO ARE ALREADY EMPLOYED UNDER CENTRAL/STATE/PSU/AUTONOMOUS BODIES SHOULD PRODUCE “NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE” FROM THE EMPLOYER CONCERNED AS MENTIONED IN PARA 2 ABOVE"
