Motor capacity ≥ 250 W (rated power) and Max. speed ≥ 45 km/hr.
• Tricycle: Motor capacity ≥ 4 kW (rated power) and Max. speed ≥ 45 km/hr.
• 4 Wheelers: Motor capacity ≥ 15 kW (rated power) and Max. speed ≥ 90 km/hr.
• Compact EV: Vehicle weight (excluding battery) ≤ 450 kg (for passenger) or ≤ 600 kg (for goods) and Motor capacity ≥ 4 kW (rated power) and Max. speed ≥ 45 km/hr.
