specialized in the manufacture and R&D of industrial valve, and improving the

capacity of engineer solution and innovation, so that we can supply complete valve

solutions for new pattern industries.

Neway main product lines include Gate, Globe, Check, Butterfly and Ball valves, the

quality and the innovation capacity have been certified by many global end users

and EPCs, and these products have been installed throughout the world, handling a

wide various of applications in the oil, gas, refinery, chemistry, marine, power plant

and pipeline transmit industries.

Neway established and implemented a group management based on the structure

of multi-plants. Neway valves are manufactured in 6 specialized manufacturing

plants, thereof 4 plants in China, and one each in Mexico & Saudi Arabia, all

required castings are from Neway owned 2 specialized foundries. we have a total of

over 1600 employees.

Neway setup an intranet consisting of over 400 computers, and running the most

advanced R&D software including CAD, I-Deas, Pro-E, a number of CNC &

machine center and warehouse bar code management system. We are one of the

few manufacturers performing ERP manufacture management, in-house fire safe

test, cryogenic test, hi-pressure gas test and low fugitive emission test.

customers. Neway perform active 6sigma quality management to continually

enhance the capacity of process control management based on advanced data

statistical analysis. And Neway holds most main industrial certificates, including ISO

Castings for these valves are poured at Neway's own foundries. In order to

obtain precise machining and narrow tolerances Neway manufactures all

parts with CNC machines. All these features will add to a consistentand stable

quality valve, resulting in safe operations at extended service intervals.

Neway API 6A gate valve product lines offers two series: expanding gate- and

slab gate valves, in accordance with API Specification 6A for which Neway

carries license number 6A-0716. The size range is from 1 13/16 to 4 1/16

and pressure ratings from 2.000 PSI to 15.000 PSI. Material classes range

from AA to FF and temperature classes from K to V and at customers request

PR1 and PR2.

Like the API 6A Mud valves for its upstream

customer base, Neway API 6A gate valve series

will make the customers profit from highly cost

efficient products and consistent innovative

services.

Neway API 6A series GE gate valve is a soft seal or metal-to-

metal seal between gate and seats, expanding-style gate

design. Size range is from 2-1/16 to 4-1/16 pressure ratings

Expanding Gate Design

Neway's expanding-style gate is a two-piece gate design, connecting with the

stem through the gate major segment, the contact surface between the major

segment and the minor segment is milled V design.

The V design can force the two segments out and into contact with the seats

when the gate moves up and down, and can produce a positive acting force

against both the upstream and downstream seats or gate guiding plates

simultaneously when the gate is at full close or full open position.

Obviously the expanding-style gate does rely on operation force from handwheel

instead of the line pressure to seal, so it's recommended for applications when a

tight mechanical seal is required.

Slab Gate Design

Neway slab-style gate is a simple one-piece & solid gate design, featuring metal-

to-metal seal between gate and seats, so as to apply for the most severe and

demanding service condition, including corrosive and abrasive fluid

environments.

A floating-style seat is designed to match with the slab-style gate. In which, a

belleville spring and O-ring between each seat and body ensure a tight seal

against the slab gate.

The slab-style gate design creates a positive seal by moving the floating seat

against the gate with the use of spring energized force, whether low line pressure

or high line pressure.

Neway API 6A series GB gate valve is a simple slab gate, double

stems, and metal-to-metal sealing design providing safe &

dependable service in 10000~15000psi working pressure

application. The import difference from expanding gate valve is to

design a lower balancing stem at the bottom of gate, so as

to reduce the operation torque. Available size range is from

1-13/16 to 4-1/16 , temperature range is from -46 to

121 , material class range from AA to FF.

Seller will replace without charge or refund the purchase price of

products provided by Seller which prove to be defective in material or

workmanship, provided in each case that the product is properly installed

and is used in the service for which Seller recommends it and that written

claim, specifying the alleged defect, is presented to the Seller within 18
