Summary: I am an experienced and determined team player with over 25 years’ industry experience. In recent years I have run my own business which has equipped me with a broad skillset and a well-developed understanding of problem solving. Career History Company: Cook Medical Ireland Jan – Sept 2015 Position: Product Development Intern in the Research and Development department. I had responsibility for carrying out a lot of testing in the laboratory and worked as part of a team on many ongoing projects, including needle tip design and biopsy retrieval. I was involved in several development processes for new and existing products that are currently in development for market launch. Primary Responsibilities:

Design development, prototyping, test method design

Product testing and evaluation, completion of test reports to support design selection

Concept generation/sketching

3D modelling using Creo Parametric/Solidworks

Updating drawings and uploading them into Windchill PDM Link
