ADVANTAGES OF PREFAB STRUCTURE

● There are NO VERTICAL CHANNELS in between the 2 walls as the wall panels are in a TOUNGUE & GROOVE form so that they slide & lock into each other. An alternate locking arrangements is with cam lock system where the hook inside one wall locks into the clit of the other wall compacting them tightly. The paint finish is flush and absence of vertical channel improves aesthetic look.

● The walls are INSULATED & TERMITE, FIRE, BAD WEATHER, EARTHQUAKE proof. The walls can withstand extreme temperature variations and will keep the inner room temperature very comfortable. Unlike other systems which are insulated with either thermocole or plastic -prone to catch fire, or become brittle in heat and disintegrate.

● The structure has balanced load distribution at steel members as well as the walls which are load bearing themselves and stability in enhanced with the structure being rigid and solid for years to come (approximate life of 25+ years).

● Walls are 2”, 3” & 4” thick as compared to the regular 9” walls giving more space for the same floor area. Walls can be cut according to the required design thus giving freedom of design.

● The system can be fully dismantled and re assembled wherever required. There can be various changes while re-assembly according to the client requirement.

● Any type paint coating can be done from basic texture finish to epoxy and high end primers.

● All kinds of electrical and plumbing jobs can be carried out in our system.

● A prefect replacement for the regular brick wall structures is what we give to you.

Installation Photos

Check the plinth for water level and marking on floor for placing the U channels. Grout the U channels on floor with required hardware. Fix the wall panel onto the channel and slide and lock into each other. Cut panel area where window and door area is coming. Place the u channel on top of panels. Cut clit area for truss to set into the panel. Fix purlins between all trusses. Nut bolt all members. Fix columns onto the plates of trusses and grout them into the ground. Fix roofing sheets on purlins with required hardware. Fix false ceiling GI framework on walls and truss member. Complete electrical conduit work and wiring. Complete false ceiling boarding. Complete finishing of paint.

Installation Process

Cement Sheet & PUF Sandwich panel

PUF Panels are fabricated sandwich-panels engineered the laboratory and manufactured at BW / LW with CFC (chlorofluorocarbon) free PUF material. These panels are in ready to assemble condition for cold storage, shelters, building sheds. Panels are provided with Tongue & Groove joints and equipped with specially designed Cam locks to enhance airtight assembly. PUF Sandwich panels are available with Cement Heavy Wall Board as per IS14862, Type A material. Thickness available ranges from 50 mm to 150 mm. Sandwich PUF Panels are also available in different sizes & thickness.

PUF Panels – having 6mm / 8mm Cement Heavy Wall Board as per IS14862, Type A material on either sides and it has CFC (chlorofluorocarbon) free PUF material in your desired thickness and standard density of 40 KG M3 .

Cement Foam Concrete Panels

● Cement Panels of 50mm / 75mm thickness Non Asbestos Fibre reinforced aerated cement core sandwich modules made out of light weight fibre reinforced aerated cement / concrete core composed of portland cement, flyash, binders etc., and 4mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement Boards confirming to IS 14862:2000 and ISO:8336:1993(E) on either side of the core, having a tongue and groove on longitudinal side of the modules. These panels are erected / installed using galvanized iron steel tracks of 1mm thickness as bottom & top track used for fixing to the floor and top of the wall respectively. A GI corner channel is used for bracing the two corner walls in L shape.

GI sheet & Puff Sandwich panel

● Polyurethane Insulated 60 / 80mm thick panels of PUF Density 40 ± 2Kg/m3. The individual panels will be firmly locked together by Cam locks. The material shall be 0.5 mm thick PCGI sheet on both sides

The section of the hollow tubular section depends on the size, the span and the place where the structure is to be constructed. WINDOW / WINDOW FRAMES: Windows & Window Frames have an option of MS Steel Pressed, Aluminum Anodized / Powder Coated, Teak Wood. DOOR / DOOR FRAMES: Door & Door Frames have an option of MS Steel, Aluminum Powder Coated / Anodized, Teak Wood. FALSE CEILING: False Ceiling work has option of GypBoard, Tiled False Ceiling, Acoustic Porous Tiled False Ceiling. FLOORING: Vitrified Tiles, Ceramic Tiles, Wooden Tiles, Marble Tiles & PVC Tiles.
