We have over 200 multi-skilled, field-based & workshop engineers.

It’s a white-label service; our engineers are completely unbranded with a professional dress code.

All Engineers are background checked, with reference and background checks completed pre-deployment.

We use a hybrid outsource & recruitment model to create bespoke resource solutions that best fit our clients’ requirements.

We help clients react quickly to short-term volume spikes without the risk of becoming over-resourced once demand reduces.

Abalon engineers can be utilised for every type of requirement – from a one-off job through to a multi-location, multi-week deployment programme. There is no minimum job volume or spending requirement so clients are always free to decide what level of outsourcing works best for them.

Our on-demand service gives our customers the capacity to temporarily expand their technical headcount when they need it most – sickness, holiday cover, large-scale deployments, product recalls/reworks and so on.

We can cover deep-field areas for clients more economically than they can when sending their own engineers on high mileage, time-consuming and productivity sapping journeys. Our engineers are closer, allowing us to react quicker and be cost effective.

You might have a customer that needs activity to be made outside normal office hours. This can be difficult to balance using your in-house resource as it may incur costly overtime or have an adverse effect on other customers or SLA performance. Our services are available early mornings, evenings, overnight and at weekends in most locations, UK-wide to bridge that gap.

We will create Working Instructions (WI) and process documentation for each job type and/or project. These are client specific and are re-issued to engineers with every joband updated continuously, so engineers are always working to the latest version.

Customers can also choose to have client-specific sign-off processes and sign-off sheets
