Cancellation

In case of cancellation, please inform us as soon as

possible. This will allow another applicant to attend the

course. Your place on a course can always be transferred

to another person in your company or department.

Confirmation and course program

Confirmation of the course and the course information will

be sent approx. two weeks before the start of the course,

including the course program and the course times. The

courses normally begin at 9.00 a.m. and finish at 4.00 p.m.

Usually the first course day starts at 9.00 a.m. Coffee and

lunch are included in the course fee. A course may be

cancelled due to low enrollment or other conditions, of

which the Training Center will inform no less than two

weeks before the start of the course.

Course prices

The public courses listed on the following schedule are

assumed with a four participant minimum. Less than four

participants may result in a cancelled course. If there is a

need to arrange the course with less than the minimum

participants, a higher price/person may be charged.

On-request courses

An on-request course is a training course that is arranged to

a group/groups of employees of an organization in the ABB

Training Center facilities or on-site. Some examples of our

on-request courses are listed on the right. Moreover, the

scheduled courses can be arranged to a specific group of an

organization. The price of an on-request course is always

offered separately.

Reservations

We reserve the right to change course schedules, programs

and contents. A scheduled course may be cancelled due to

low enrollment (less than four participants) or other

conditions. A maximum number of participants has been

defined for every training course in order to meet the

safety and quality standards and it varies between 6-8

persons depending on the type of the course.
