THE FINE PRINTProduction Time: new screen printed and embroidery orders are normally produced within 10 workdays from approval of final artwork. re-orders may have faster turnaround times. Most digitally printed orders can usually be produced within one week.

Embroidery Fees: new orders for embroidery will incur a onetime $30 digitizing fee. All prices include up to 7,000 stitches per design. Additional stitches over 7,000 will be charged $1 per additional 1,000 stitches.

Payment Terms: Custom orders for apparel require prepayment. we accept Visa, MasterCard, discover, American express, checks and cash.

Artwork Guidelines: Art should be provided in a vector format unless your items will be digitally printed. we can reproduce (clean up) your art in vector format for a one-time charge of $30.

Size/Price Variance: sizes of XXl and up will have an additional charge. youth sizes are typically less expensive than prices shown.

*Digital Printing: printed orders of less than 12 pieces, and low quantities with multiple colors, will be digitally printed. This allows full colors/gradients but will usually require a solid background/border (depending on image detail)
