ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES o Take care of Capacity Planning for the teams in the section. o Prepare data with regards to Desk Utilization for the team. o Prepare VP Deck (Snapshot of overall Performance, Attrition etc) for Monthly VP Meet. o Prepare & circulate all the Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS. o Prepare & circulate BCP Call tree to all the teams in the VP Section. o Data Management and Performance Trackers updation. o Preparing PMIs (Stacks) in the VP Section all the teams in the VP Section.. o Preparing External MIS and circulating that to the Business Area. o Segregating and Preparing RnR Certificates for the section. o Prepare CSE-YTD Stacks & AMO PMI for the section. o Creating Queues in SD-Static application & updating them in required applications. o Maintenance of Databases in the Section. o Generating QC Samples for all the Processes in the VP Section (Cards). o Coordinate with Clients in terms of process related changes or escalations. o Coordinating with the Training Department on an ongoing basis in developing new training methodology to produce quality agents before being inducted into production. o Conduct a focus group session with agents at least once a week to address their grievances / concerns / feedback / suggestions. o Increased productivity by managing agents to adhere to timings and break allocation. o Collating all the concerns in the Section & resolving them with the Senior Management.
