Preparing Food cost report, departmental P&L and beverages cost outlet wise, overseeing monthly tax payment, Tourism Dirham payment, Etisalat Payment, DEWA Payments and commission payments affected through cheque payments.

Responsible for implementing an appropriate property control system (fixed asset control system), updating the Director of Finance of the operational and unusual issues may occur regularly and if necessary on a daily basis.

Assisting Top Management in strategic financial planning and decision making while efficiently initiating and guiding the preparation of forecasts of company revenue, working capital, expenditure and return on investment.
