 Findings and Suggestions

Findings

The 24x7 (around the clock) service of BSNL is to be appreciated.

It would be better if BSNL carries all its accounting transactions in any of the public secter banks rather then going for ICICI bank Ltd, which is a privatesecter banks.

It is worth to consider the changing trends, tastes and preferences of(transitional) consumers.

More than 250000 employees working in BSNL

SUGGESTION

To the each customer differently as per needs. Since the customer needs keepon changing, the products and offerings have to be regularly changed too.

The majority of the respondent customers have an opinion that BSNL is

having good tangibles. BSNL staff’s are should be provide prompt services, guideline and equal

prominence have to be given to all customers.
