About ACI

The ACI Airport Consulting International is an international cooperation focussing on the design and im-plementation of cargo, baggage and security solutions for airports and airlines around the world.

ACI was founded as a holding and manages centrally the cooperation in joint-projects of its members. The companies involved in ACI combine their manpower, expertise and experience individually for each project to form the most effective project team for each customer and to develop the ideal solution for the specific task.

This structure provides our customers with numerous advantages:

One contact and contracting partner who is responsible for the different aspects of the project and who is the central interface for all questions, coordination and RFP management.

Combined competence in different fields of baggage and cargo handling and storage – a small num-ber of project members provides the necessary knowledge and expertise

The composition of project teams is optimised and allows flexible adapting to changing require-ments.

Synergy effects created from the cooperation of specialists from different logistics industries. Our team does not only focus on the special requirements of airports and airlines but has a profound expertise in the areas of warehousing, distribution, in-plant logistics and internal logistics.

The members of ACI each gain individual market and technology knowledge when working in their field of expertise and contribute it to the joint ACI projects. Thus our customers can be assured that we not only consider the mere project cornerstones but think outside the box and consider proven knowledge from other industries as well.

What happens if the time and effort required for a project exceed the avail-able capacities of ACI?

All core members of ACI have been succeeding in practical pro-ject management for more than 15 years. Our combined

reference list comprises a notable number of successful project implementations. In the course of these projects,

we have established many contacts and have built a network of experts who have complemented our resources success-fully on several occasions.

Our Team

ACI’s core team consists of four members, all of whom have proven their expertise with their own companies. Each of the four has already independently man-aged and successfully completed international projects.

All teams working on projects are always managed by one of our core members. In case a project team has to be expanded, ACI can always drawn on the personnel of its core member companies. For our cus-tomer, this means that we can provide the ideal number and combination of team members at any time and can adapt flexibly to changing requirements. At the start of each project we present the team composition and discuss it with our customer.
