Bea Italy

The company started production in 1964 and has since

emerged as one of the most important companies in the

world for production of bolting materials applied to the oil

and gas, petro-chemical and wind-power industries. Bea Italy

is proud to be among the approved suppliers of companies

such as Shell, Exxon Mobile (Esso), BP, Total, Chevron, Agip,

and Aramco. Bea Italy is also a market leader in the supply of

bolting materials to the sub-sectors of these industries, such

as manufacturers of valves, flanges, turbines, reactors, heat

exchangers, pressure vessels and piping systems.

Bea Italy’s production capacity is approximately 400 tons

per month, from the smallest to the largest dimensions

(both imperial and metric). All this is possible due to a

strong team of about 75 dedicated employees.

In recent years, Bea Italy has focused on meeting the

increasing demand for exotic materials and is now the

market leader in the supply of bolting materials in

nickel-alloys, stainless and super-duplex. This is in particular

thanks to its state-of-the-art forging and heat-treatment

plants, with eight presses and six furnaces.

All testing activities at Bea are executed in-house,

including all destructive and non-destructive testing.

This guarantees total control of the quality and integrity

of our products, and of the delivery times agreed with

the customer. Two important milestones in the company’s

history were the certifications for ISO 9001 in 1992 and

PED/97/23 EC in 2009.

Bea Nederland

In order to serve the North European area, Bea Nederland

was founded in 1992. Today Bea Nederland is one of

the major European stockholders and is unique in its

specialization in nuts and stud bolts in special materials.

Bea Nederland is conveniently located close to the

industrial areas of Rotterdam and Antwerp. From its

warehouse with high-tech cutting facilities, it is able to

offer very quick delivery times. Bea Nederland’s “Quality

Management System” has recently been certified ISO 9001.

The Bea Group is currently composed of two independent, but closely linked,

companies. The parent company (Bea Italy) is among the major

worldwide manufacturers of bolting materials for the

energy industry. Its daughter company

(Bea Nederland) is a service and

distribution centre for all Bea Italy’s

products.

Bea Italy specialises in the manufacture of

bolted connections in a wide variety of materials,

mainly according to ASME/ASTM specifications.

In addition, Bea Nederland has invested

in intensive collaboration with German

manufacturers in recent years. As a result,

the delivery program has considerably

expanded with materials according to

EN / ISO / DIN specifications, fully certified

if necessary according to the TÜV AD sheets.
