Project ManagementOur Atriuum and Booktracks customers are assigned a Project Manager (PM). The PM will be dedicated to your implementation and work closely with you and your staff, guiding you through our step-by-step deployment process.

Once the data has been converted, reviewed, any necessary changes made and then approved by you, our deployment team springs into action, working closely with your IT staff. A certified Book Systems Technician remotely manages your installation making your system “live” and preparing the way for your training session.

Rest assured that your Project Manager and our friendly support team is always available to you both during and after your system’s deployment.

Does Book Systems offer a hosting service?Yes, you can purchase either our ASP or Express (SaaS) hosted solutions for Atriuum or Booktracks.

Can I circulate items in Atriuum or Booktracks if my network goes down?Absolutely. You can still check items in and out while your network is down by using the Offline Circulation Tool. When your connection is restored, transactions can be synchronized back to your database.

What type of database does Atriuum or Booktracks use?Both Atriuum and Booktracks use PostgreSQL, an advanced open source SQL database. For more information, visit http://postgresql.org.

Which Web browsers will work with Booktracks? Current versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer®, Mozilla Firefox®, Apple® Safari®, or Google Chrome™.
