You will TAG your documents’:

• Title

• Topics

• Subtopics

Next you TAG to set up Topics & Subtopics

ALL of the Tagging functionality is available to you

Beginning with Slide 1

• Assign a Topic or Subtopic to each slide that begins a new topic or subtopic

• You only have to TAG the first slide in a topic or subtopic

Use Tagging to organize your slides

according to your Agenda

• In the left thumbnail panel click on the slide you want to Tag

• Then click Add on the george! ribbon

Type in a Topic

• and click “Topic”

Type in a Subtopic

• and click “Subtopic” – if you want one

• to add a Presentation Title

Just so we’re clear, with george! you can:

• go back into PowerPoint and make changes

• tell george! to Update your Word documents

When you “Tag” you are creating links george! will use to set up the documents he’ll be creating

Sometimes you need to start over with Tagging – just tell george! to Clear and he will remove all the current slide tags

If you move the Speaker Notes and Session Handouts george! created for you to a new location on your computer

Just tell george! to Reset the Tags for those documents by pointing out to him their new location
