Daily” and “Reviews on the Run”. He has had the pleasure of

interviewing many noteworthy pop culture personalities and

icons, and is a graduate of Humber College’s Journalism

program.

independent zombie survival tale, Squirrels, Of Stone, as well as

co-creator of “Deep Sea”, and original Graphic Novel.

work includes “Kronk”, “Monstrosity” 1&2, and “SLAM!”

Spent Pencils Studio – Wednesday and Thursday

The largest comic book art collective in the Greater Toronto

Area, Spent Pencils artists’ work has been featured on comic

book covers for publishers like Aspen Comics. Each artist has

their own unique style and you will love what they have on

display at the HSF Comic Expo. Joining us will be:

The young comic book artists in the “From a Hat” collective are

pushing the boundaries each and every time they take pencil to

paper. Their work has appeared on the cover of books such

as “Black Hole Hunter’s Club” and “TMNT/Ghostbusters #1”.

Uys Faber Publishing – Wednesday and Thursday

Based out of Toronto, Uys Faber is a small press comic publisher

that currently puts out two ongoing titles - “Hardwear”

and “Totem Sacred”. Additionally, they produce a webcomic

based on real-life events, “Lessons Learned”.

Andrew Armelim – Wednesday and Thursday

Andrew is a comic book artist who in 2014 launched his

series “Posthuman”.

Royel “Rokashi” Edwards – Wednesday and Thursday

Royel is an independent game developer and journalist. He has

written for publications such as Polygon. His independent games

include “I’m Fine” and “Hemo Racers”.

no time to go to this because I had to study for my

midterms :/

What time is the contest? …I have a class around that time

and I want to participate.
