Healthcare is a customer service industry and your practice will live or die based on the quality of care provided, and the daily interactions between the physician, staff and patients. Excellent customer service involves meeting and surpassing patients and their families’ expectations. It means showing the customer how important he or she is to you and the business, by interacting with them in a friendly, helpful, and positive way. We will discuss strategies which your practice can implement, that will assist you and your staff in dealing with difficult, demanding and non-compliant patients.
