WE ARE 20 YEARS OLD

We were the first private publishing-printing house established after Lithuania gained independence. We started from scratch and trough 20 years of hard work we grew and improved. Now our printing house is one of the biggest in Western Lithuania. While celebrating this anniversary our goal hasn‘t changed: we strive to improve, offer the highest quality services to meet our clients‘expectations. We believe that our greatest values are: experience of our qualified employees, constantly updated and modernized equipment and implementation of the newest polygraphic technologies. Our biggest advantage is that we have implemented all three main printing techniques – offset, digital and screen. OFFSET PRINTINGWe mostly print with „Heidelberg“ printing machines „Heidelberg“ SM52 - 5+L, „Heidelberg“ SM74 - 5+L that are manufactured in Germany. This equipment is renowned for its quality and is leading the printing industry. The advantage of our equipment is that the machines have an additional varnishing section which shortens the drying time of the dye as well as adds beauty to the finished product. This allows us to do all the post-printing jobs (folding, binding and others) quicker and our customers to receive the products of the highest quality in shorter times.

DIGITAL PRINTINGTo fully satisfy our clients needs the printing house purchased a digital printing machine XEROX DC 800AP in 2009. Digital printing is the most modern printing technology that allows to print small runs in a very short time. The data is sent directly to the printing machine without additional operations, the view is formed from the digital description. Digital printing saves time and money.

THERMOGRAPHY We constantly strive to improve and satisfy the need of our customers, so we search for novelties and present them to the market. Our printing house was the first one in Lithuania to successfully implement and use one of the most unique printing technologies – thermography. It creates elevated elements similar to Braille writing and your publication becomes unique. This type of publications is classified as VIP.

SCREEN PRINTINGScreen printing is the oldest printing technique that is still used today. This technique is great for non-standard printing decisions, unique projects. Colour view is formed by printing each colour separately. The full colour palette and all semitones are produced by small dots, called Bitmap. It is not necessary to use all CMYK colours. Wonderful products are created using three, two or even one colour. Business cards, company forms, stickers, envelopes are printed by solid government agencies, companies, community organizations, that is everyone who cares about quality, prestige and image. The unique feature of screen printing is the possibility to print on any surface.

METALFX –S. Jokuzys publishing-printing house is the only company in the Baltic States that has implemented a licensed „MetalFX“ technological sys-tem and has practice using it. It is the newest and unique technology for a five colour press that gives you a possibility to use an unlimited amount of metallic colours. It creates opportunities for breathtaking designs for designers and a system to easily realize those designs in printing. The price is no greater than using any fifth colour and man-ufacture time is no longer than printing of any five colour product. Metallic colours are not an item of luxury anymore – they are just an element of the world of printing.


PRE-PRESS S. Jokuzys publishing-printing house uses modern pre-press CTP technology to prepare layouts for printing. We implemented a modern open modular „Heidelberg“ PRINECT system to easily control the full printing process. PRINECT integrates the traditionally separate areas of management, prepress, press and post-press, automates the entire printing process. Integration of all these processes leads to more efficient production workflows, offers greater transparency, and accelerates the job flow.

DISTRIBUTION DEPARTMENTIn 1997 the printing house established a distribution department to supply various shops and bookstores with our standard printed products: calendars, books, various accounting books and forms, etc. It supplies around 60 companies in Lithuania.

PHOTO STUDIO We have established a photography studio for your convenience in 2006 and now it is one of the biggest and most modern photography studios in Klaipeda. A team of professionals creates unconventional photos of the highest quality for commercials, reportages, personal albums and other.
