Heal body, mind and soul with this popular, de-stressing, all-over body massage, beginning on the soles of the feet and ending in a sublime head massage.

Well-Being Back Massage – 30mins

Aroma Stone Therapy – 1hr 15mins

Therapeutic heat is slowly released into the belly of the muscle for a completely new body experience. Small stones are placed on key energy points, whilst luxuriously warmed oils are massaged deeply into the body for maximum relaxation.

Deep Tissue Muscle Massage – 1hr

This powerful customised therapy provides deep massage helping to alleviate stress, aching muscles and revive the senses.

Deep Tissue Muscle Back Massage – 30mins

Reflexology – 1hr

Reflexology is a complimentary therapy which works on the feet to revitalise a tired body, re-balance and restore physical and emotional well-being. A Reflexology practitioner uses light pressure to massage and stimulate each of the points in the feet to release tension, stimulate blood circulation, remove energy blockages and promote a healthy mind and body.

The English Rose Signature Treatment ‘Relaxing, Oxygenating, Sensual and Energising’ – 2hr

Begin this luxury treatment with an exotic rosepetal foot bath and welcome foot ritual which includes an exfoliation and massage. You will then receive a massage to the back of the body using a blend of Thai, Balinese, Hawaiian and Swedish massage incorporating hot stones and hot towels infused with rose. You will then finish the treatment with an advanced Elemis facial which includes a scalp, hand and arm and facial massage. Top to toe heaven! Enjoy a complimentary tea caddie of ‘white peony tea with organic pink rose buds’ and some special chocolates to take home with you.

Cooling Hot Stone Body-Facial – 1hr

The luxurious hot and cold sensations of massage target your specific problem areas, alleviate stress and ease aching muscles. Followed by one of Elemis’ Advanced Anti-Ageing Facials, designed to smooth out wrinkles and restore youthful radiance.

In addition to the standard facial durations of 1 hour 15 minutes, each of the Elemis facials for men and women has also been designed as a ‘refresher facial’ – a 30 minute variation, for those who would like results fast. For an even speedier facial, a 15 minute booster is available.

Exotic Lime and Ginger Salt Glow – 30mins

A body exfoliation ritual to invigorate and detox the body. Warm oil is dripped over the body, before the sublime Elemis exotic lime and ginger salt glow is applied. Skin is deeply cleansed and moisturised, leaving it vibrant, replenished and flawless.

Musclease Aroma Spa Ocean Wrap or Float – 1hr 15mins

Relax whilst you are cocooned in a comforting foil wrap or unique dry float and treated to a pressure point facial massage and gentle scalp treatment. This specialised treatment helps ease away stress.

Cellutox Aroma Spa Ocean Wrap or Float – 1hr 15mins

This marine wrap uses lemon and juniper extracts to cleanse and detox the body, while cocooned in a purifying foil wrap or lying weightless on the dry flotation bed.

Exotic Frangipani Body Nourish Wrap or Float – 45mins

Warmed monoi oil – a blend of frangipani flower extract and coconut oil – is drizzled over the body in this decadent treatment. Drenching the skin with moisture, this exotic wrap polishes and scents the skin. For added relaxation try having this therapy on the dry flotation bed.

Coconut and Milk Float or Wrap – 45mins

A ceremony of pure sensuality to tantalise and delight a traditional balinese recipe of coconut, mungbean, spice and lavender combined with frangipani monoi moisture melt to polish the skin and stimulate the senses.

Warm skin nourishing milk bath is poured over your entire body before being cocooned in a comforting foil wrap or lying weightless on the dry float bed. This opulent therapy is excellent for skin smoothing and softening, and can be combined with a scalp massage mini facial, or even with a full body massage to finish.

Men’s Wet Shave with Refresher Facial – 30mins Whether it’s for a special occasion or simply to learn the art of shaving properly, experience the benefits of a relaxing shave combined with an in depth consultation and a shaving programme tailor made for you.

After skin preparation using scented hot towels and the application of shaving oil, our therapist will perform a wet shave, moisturise your skin and offer expert advice on how to achieve the same professional results at home.
