MCS | Maintenance Cleaning Services is a facilities management companybased in Jbeil-Byblos and Beirut, providing integrated facility management services covering but not limited to: mechanical, electrical and quality and performance control services. We offer proactive and reactive maintenance services as well as specialist sub-contractor management.

We offer different building maintenance solutions, depending on our client’s needs. Our aim is to help ease the stress of dealing with maintenance complexities.

MCS manages the entire scope of work, from service providers to building maintenance, on behalf of the client.

About Us

MCS provides Planned Preventive Maintenance Programs including inspection, testing, and servicing to ensure that all premises’ legislative obligations are met. Preventive Maintenance guarantees that assets(1) continue to operate at the required Minimum Maintenance Performance and (2) ensure that the design life of assets is achieved. Preventive Maintenance also reduces the need for Reactive Maintenance, often an expensive intervention: it will help extend equipment’s’ lifetime and reduces energy consumption.

Effective maintenance is achieved through planned maintenance: it reduces overall company cost and production lines and services are seldom interrupted. Effective maintenance means that each 1$ spent up-front in preventive maintenance eliminates the 10$ spend in reactive maintenance or the 100$ spend required in case of equipment breakdown.
