The centre is just a short walk from the famous Major Oak, reputed hide-out of Robin Hood. Stop4tea The café in the centre has a mouth-watering selection of freshly-cooked hot food, in addition to soups, sandwiches and delicious home-made cakes. Craft Studios There are ten studios enclosed by a glass atrium ensuring that your visit is unspoilt by the weather. In the courtyard outside there are five more studios with a small picnic area nearby. The centre is a working art and craft centre with an extensive variety of arts and crafts where you can see craft workers putting the finishing touches to original gifts and products. Special Events Throughout the year there are special events to make your visit even more memorable, including craft fairs, craft demonstrations, workshops and exhibitions.
