With a working group of auditors, accountants, lawyers , managers , engineers and architects, the WGPS , presents a correct and transparent management model . Our goal is to organize all stages of services, standardize different forms of work, facilitating the execution of tasks , using resources efficiently. The audit work and diagnosis of buildings, carried out by the operational teams of the WGPS are made for risk assessment and classified as irregularities and found flaws that could compromise the safety, functionality, operability, health users, comfort, affordability , durability and life. The Risk Level Assessment
The views priorities by WGPS operational staff are arranged in descending order according to degree of risk and intensity of irregularities and failures found. For this reason , this uneven population distribution of drinking water brings a water stress in the Northeast , Midwest , Southeast and South , especially among the urban centers , resulting even in availability per capita similar to desert regions.

A Brazilian consumes approximately 354 liters of water a day just in bathrooms, considering two baths, three brushing teeth and three discharges.

Art Museum of Sao Paulo - Assis Chateaubriand ( MASP ) The first project started in 2013 at the Art Museum of São Paulo Assis Chateaubriand ( MASP ) .
One month after installation of saving technology, there was a 41.3% reduction in water consumption.
The museum, visiting about two thousand people a day , on average used 1.700 cubic meters of water per month , rising to 998 cubic meters . Within a year, the MASP will have saved 8.424 cubic meters , the equivalent of 3.3 Olympic swimming pools.
