The units contain, re- trieve, and recycle abrasives at the focus point of the blast noz- zle, thereby reducing media and labor costs in addition to the en- vironmental risks associated with incontained abrasive blast- ing. Features include a choice of six types of work heads, mufflers to reduce noise, a media re- claimer/storage hopper, water- bath, cartridge filter drums, and Vacutrans components capable of retrieving up to 6,600 pounds of media per hour. The systems are available in eleven standard models and can be modified to customer specifications.
