The ACA CC 2018 LITA exams will only be delivered through the new Compass exam delivery engine. The corresponding Adobe Creative Cloud 2018 application must be installed on each machine delivering the exam: o For Photoshop: Version 19.1.6 and 19.1.7 o For Illustrator: Version 22.1 o For InDesign: Version 13.1 o For After Effects: Version 15.1.2 o For Premiere Pro: Version 12.1.2 To roll back to a previous version of any Creative Cloud application see the FAQ. You must be signed in to the Adobe Creative Cloud app with an active 2018 license for the corresponding application prior to launching the exam. If you have just installed or updated the Adobe application, you will need to launch and close the application at least once before starting the exam to ensure you have addressed any first-time or one-time prompts. If the candidate is logged in as a user who is different from the user who installed the Adobe application, have the candidate launch and close the application before starting the exam. Best practice is to launch the application, maximize the application window and close the application before each candidate begins the exam. For an optimal candidate experience, you should download files prior to the exam. Otherwise, your first candidate on each machine will experience a download wait at the beginning of the Task Section of the exam. See the Compass User Guide for instructions. Make sure that all Adobe applications are closed machine prior to exam launch. Auto-hide the Taskbar (Windows) or Dock (Mac). See the FAQ for instructions. For a candidate exam to be fully completed, the candidate must reach the score report at the end of the exam and choose 'Exit Exam'. If they do not see the score report at all for any reason, the exam will not be uploaded. Mac: Enable accessibility shortcuts to enable keyboard navigation for all question types. To enable: 1. Choose Apple > System Preferences > Keyboard. 2. Click Shortcuts. 3. Select All controls. Page 1
