I you cancel your examination entry beore the cancellation deadline (see above) your account will be credited to re-use at a later session. You can cancel a paper or change your entry online up until the entry deadline. You will still need to apply or each exam when your account has been credited.

I you cancel an entry ater the deadline no credit or reund is normally available. I you are unable to attend an examination due to illnessor some other reason beyond your control, you may request a credit to be put on your account or a reund. This request must be madein writing to [email protected] and be received within 28 days rom the date o exam. Appropriate evidence to justiy thecancellation must also be provided.

Monies will be put on students’ accounts as credits unless a reund is specifcally requested.

I you do not make a second choice one will be allocated or you.ICAEW endeavours to place students in their frst choice centre but cannot guarantee this. Candidates will be allocated a venue and will sitall examinations at the same venue. A candidate may not change venue once allocated.

You are only eligible to sit the Top-Up unit i you have completed the AAT Technician stage/Diploma in Accounting/Level 4 and havecompleted Drating Financial Statements Accounting Practice, Industry and Commerce module. You must ensure you have sent proo o completing the above to ICAEW (eg, copy o statement o achievement) beore applying or the examination. Please see our website

Entries not received by close o business on that day are classifed as late entries.

ICAEW will accept late entries beyond the deadline or one week. Late entries will be charged at double the normal entry ee. Entriesreceived ater this point will be considered on an individual basis and, i accepted, will be charged at triple the normal entry ee. Studentswho fnd themselves in this position should contact ICAEW.

Each student will be required to show two orms o identifcation in the examination centre, one o which must contain an identiying

photograph. The ollowing are acceptable as picture identifcation:• a current passport;• company identifcation card containing photograph and signature and/or;• driving licence containing photograph and signature.

For signature identifcation we will accept any o the above or another ormal document or card such as a debit/credit card. I you do notcurrently hold adequate means o identifcation you must obtain it beore the examination or assessment.

Students with a permanent or temporary disability are able to apply or special arrangements or the examinations. Students seekingspecial arrangements are required to apply in writing with the appropriate supporting evidence beore the entry deadline. Applicationsrequesting special arrangements ater the entry deadline will not be accepted.
