LOSS OF REGISTRATION PRIORITY SPRING 2015
Student Success Act of 2012 (SB1456)
When grades post for the spring 2014 semester, students who advance to 2nd level probation (potentially you!) will register after all new and continuing students in good standing for spring 2015.
Students may appeal this action if they receive a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or better in the spring 2014 semester or have extenuating circumstances (hospitalization, death in the family, military redeployment).
Eligible students may appeal in early fall 2014 to regain prioritized registration for spring 2015. Go to the Counseling website in August 2014 to access appeals forms. www.chaffey.edu/counseling/index.shtml
Approved appeals are granted continuation of prioritized registration for only two additional semesters.
Students resume prioritized registration without limitation only after they regain good academic standing (2.0 cumulative GPA at Chaffey).
