Minutes of the Meeting

A meeting ofall faculty members of Division of Forensic Science, School of Basic & appliedSciences, Galgotias University Uttar Pradesh was convened by the Dean in the room numberAllS on23/02/2018 fiom 3:00 pm- 5:00 pm in order to have a discussion and take decisionsas per the circulated agenda.

To identif, the curriculum gap(s) and to take measures to fill the gap(s) based on the analysisof the feedbacks given by all stakeholders i.e.,students, teachers, alumni of the Division ofForensic Science, School of Basic and Applied Sciences, and parents of the studentsin theacademic session 2017-2018 regardingBachelor's (H) ol Forensic Science and Masters ofForensic Science program.

Discussion and Decisions TakenAfter formal welcome speech by Dean. Dr. Prashant Agrawal,DC, elaborated the objectivesand agenda of the meeting. In the beginning of the DIQAC meeting, Dr. Prashant Agrawalasked the presented members to share the oral and written feedbacks given by our students,teachers, alumni, parents and employers about our Bachelor's (H) of Forensic Science andMasters of Forensic Science program. He told that on the basis ofthe feedbacks given by ourstakeholders our Bachelor's (H) of Forensic Science program curriculum and syllabus will beupdated. He emphasized that we should update our Bachelor's (H) of Forensic Science andMasters of Forensic Science program curriculum and syllabus as per the feedback given bythe stakeholders to prepare our students as per the need ofthe time.

Presented all faculty members shared the feedbacks given by the various stakeholders and itsanalysis in the meeting one by one.

2) To fill the gap(s) it was decided to revise the syllabus of language courses.3) To map the students' skills with the industry/company/institute requirement decision

A detailed discussion held on feedback given by each stakeholder and all tried to understand

the objectives behind the given suggestions. A comparison was also done on the

stakeholders' feedbacks received in previous years and present year.

Dean appreciated the concern of all and assured that all feasible suggestions given regarding

change in the syllabus will be presented in the next Pre-BOS and Board of Studies (BOS)

meeting of the school and will try to incorporate them all in our Bachelor's (H) of Forensie

Science and Masters of Forensic Science
